Lola was awesome. such outstanding customer service, and you get a great vibe from her interaction with customers and her team. While I was waiting I overheard Sherrie and she was great also. They explained everything in detail and walked through each step of the process. I really felt like I knew Lola after I left there. She is so personable and makes you feel comfortable immediately!

Lola is awesome. She's the kind of person that you dream to have in your corner. She keeps us informed and watches out for us. Lola is so personable with us that it makes the time there go fast and pleasant. She's an expert at her job too and has no problem going at the pace needed for her clients. We are on our second loan.

Wow is all I can say about Lola’s 5 star customer service. I have never did a google review before but I had to for Lola. She was that good. I had to tell everyone to make the drive to YORKTOWN it will be worth the drive to loan with Lola.

I have been a customer twice now with title max. I have dealt with others at the Yorktown location but I mainly deal with Kristen. She is phenommal, outgoing very friendly has a high spirit of love and consideration. She never harasses me she stays on a professional level but yet makes me feel very comfortable as well as goes above and beyond for her customers. Always has a big smile greets me and others as they walk in. She is someone that I would always like to deal with in the customer service field or anywhere else. She fits right in.
