They dont provide clear information when submitting a payment after closing. I was told I was not able to get a loan at that time because they processed my payment the day after I paid it in money order form. If hard working people can't rely on your company, then who the hell can? I submit my payments on time everytime. They need to extend their business hours. I never get off of work on time. I took off of work early today to take care of business. And now Ihave lost money for nothing. Never coming back. You have lost a loyal customer!

Do not go here. They close whenever they don't feel like working. When car was repoed, they refused to help. Called for info on how to get vehicle back, they lied, every time I called, and said they have no information. After speaking to police and getting name of repo company from them, wad told they spoke with advance america first thing in morning, and they knew where my vehicle was, and lied about it, on 4 different phone calls. When confronted with the info, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional, very ignorant, very wrong.
