I am not one that likes to write bad reviews, but after my experience here I left very displeased! Its not because of the low ball offers they give you, for I understand they have a business to run. But customer service is very important, and my experience with them was horrible! While trying to sell them items that were valuable and in great condition, as well as trying to look at and inquire about items in display case to purchase, the workers repeatedly walked away from me for minutes at a time ( and they were not walking away to do something that involved helping me). Along with feeling ignored by them, they were highly unorganized and displayed horrible customer service!!! There were multiple things they did that made me feel disrespected, so much so that I won't even type it all on under this review. I will no longer be returning to them to sell nor purchase anything!

For believe that many of our returning customer love us especially because of our continuous attention to their needs and, most of all, because we show them respect when it comes to ask for a loan, or to sell something valuable. Again, we are sorry that you didn't feel the same, but we truly hope that you'll give us a second chance.

This is one of the last remaining pawn shops that will give you an honest price for your items. The owner is very friendly and good to deal with. I recommend this shop if you need a few extra dollars to get by.

This is probably the cleanest pawn shop I have ever been to. The staff (employees) were very nice and welcoming. Didn’t make me feel awkward walking in the door. They were very warm and friendly.
