I was extremely impressed by the wonderful customer service we were offered, we had a sweet girl named Kayla taking care of us the two times we decided to get a loan and she was so sweet. She didn't just treat us like another customer, she seemed to treat us on a personal, friendly level, she knew my name before i even had to tell her who i was every time i went up there, she treated us great, always had us out in a timely manner and was amazing at her job. i recommend using this company if you need a loan and especially if you don't have credit like me! and if you're lucky enough like we were, ask for Kayla!

I have been here for a total of 30 minutes and have gotten my loan, i got exactly what i asked for, with low interest rates and lower payment than ive ever seen at a loan place! I went to this location from Greensboro and the process was very simple and didn't take long. Susan was the only lady working and she was polite and she knows what she's doing. She was handling two customers at a time. I must say it was worth the drive. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a title loan!!!!😃😃

The process is very easy however one of the managers Sandy was very rude and kept talking about the other employees to the lady next to her like I couldn’t hear her, she wasn’t very professional and kept a mean look on her face. Very monotone. I wouldn’t recommend working with her. But other than that everyone else there was friendly and kept me laughing!

NEVER AGAIN......THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE...I JUST ACQUIRED A LOAN LITERALLY 2 MONTHS AGO AND FEEL ON HARF TIMES...I INFORMED THEM THAT I WOULD NOYT BE ABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL THE 28TH OF Feb...HERE IT IS FEB 17TH AND THEY HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE...THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS WHEN I CALLED..THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THE AMOUNT I WOULD NEED TO PAY TO GET MY VEHICLE AND WHERE MY VEHICLE IS....THEY ARE THEFTS THAT APPEAR TO BE HELPFUL BUT TRULY THEY ARE CROOKS....DO NOT DO IT....THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD...I WOUOD NEVER USE THEIR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!
