Riverside Pawn S Scales St, Reidsville

Employees are friendly but definitely not my first choice for a pawn shop. The store is rather small and doesn't have a good variety of items to purchase, plus there's lots of things they don't allow you to pawn that any other pawn shop would. The main thing good they have going for them is they do have a very great variety of nice lawn care equipment!

I’ve used them about 2 times since moving to Reidsville the last time I sent my husband to pawn my wedding band. We lost our receipt but the first time we lost it we were able to use our ID and retrieve our item(a different ring). This time they go to say my husband isn’t in the system! That’s a lie because we pawned it there it’s not that many pawn shops in Reidsville we would know where we went. We searched and I just wish we could find our receipts! It’s the principal, that ring meant something to me we didn’t get a lot for it to be upset & he paid 200$ for my band BUT it was MY wedding band! Never going there again glad I didn’t trust them with anything of mine with real value. Keep up with your receipt if you go!

Great experience. They had a PS4 Pro listed for sale on FaceBook marketplace. I went in and spoke to Frank who was friendly, attentive, and had be in and out with what I came into the store for quickly. The system worked with no problems and was as marketed. I would definitely come back again.

Don't take your gun in for pawn they don't tell you that when you pay it out you can get denied and you lose your money and your gun. So they get paid and then they get to keep your gun this is what happened to my husband. We have been loyal customers since they opened the store here in reidsville my husband actually purchased the gun at riverside. We will not be going back and we will be contacting the news so everyone can be aware. Maybe the best thing to do is let the customer know that this can happen and give the customer the warning that you can lose your gun and money that would have been more perfesional. Very bad customer service.

I am very happy and blessed to come into Riverside Pawn they are wonderful people. They are very helpful with the merchandise in their store. I would like to thank Frank and the young man for all they do for me.

The people there are super friendly & they have a great selection of movies, games, guitars, tools, guns, outside tools. You name it, they probably will have it & for a good price too. Will be using this shop from now on.

Showed up with a pair of my $900 24k Gold earrings, they said they couldn’t even give me anything for them because they weren’t real. They are real, got them from Kay Jewlers a couple of years ago. Don’t waste your time with their disrespectful employees, no wonder they have no customers. If you’re looking for a better place to pawn, go to Quick Cash.

1st time going to a Pawn Shop, and i have to say it was an Awesome Experience. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Also it didn't hurt that they were playing MY 80's JAM, Madonna, Duran Duran, & more. The best Pawn shop in the county. I have used them several times when I was in a pinch for cash. They offer reasonable prices for your items and are very friendly. The other pawn shops in town are very unprofessional! Insulting offers for pawn items and rude customer service. I have no longer used other pawn shops in Reidsville or Eden but Riverside Pawn. Ive referred many people up to them and they absolutely love the people, customer service and the deals they run across. Thanks again Riverside Pawn.
