Quick Cash Pawn S Scales St, Reidsville

It took almost 45 minutes to redeem my 9mm if you thought it was stolen you had it in the store for 2weeks. I will never go back.

Just tried to pawn a bike with a brand new bike seat and brand new chain and chain guard. The new older lady with redish brown hair wanted to tell me that the seat and chain and chain guard is messed up but first told me she would give us $10 for it. $10? really? seat, chain, and chain guard…BRAND NEW.. Down bad and need money for gas to get back and forth to work to be able to live. Tried to also pawn a Stanley rechargeable car battery charger…$12 for it…didn’t even bother to ask her name because i was too close to popping off on her..this is a pawn shop, to help people out who are down bad and need some money until they can get paid…obviously this lady has had everything handed to her and has never had to worry about living off pay check after pay check. Please do not waste your time even trying to pawn or sale anything at quick cash…They will not be getting my business, nor anyone i knows business…come one quick cash..do better.

I was in there for 25 minutes. There was 3 people working and they ignored me. I was interested in buying games behind the counter and they was taking people that walked in after me. I asked for assistance and waited patiently. But enough was enough. They were very rude and slow. Even looking at the games the guy was extremely rude and hateful. I will not be going back to this pawnshop at this location. Terrible experience!!!!!

This is the lowest rated pawn shop in Reidsville why ? Maybe cause they love taking money and ripping people off they don't believe in repeat business , Do not ever Layaway anything here they will find away to take your money and resell it to someone else.

Netty, Samantha, and Roger are great. They have helped me and my family when we needed it the most. I feel like family when Im there. They give more than fair prices on items being pawned, and great deals on items for sale. I buy all my tools there, and when i need cash its the only place i go. You guys are great!!!! Pawned a tv went back to get it they said someone already picked up.Find out the tall brown skinned man was plotting to take it home... please caution on this store is a rip off and steal your things.

I accidentally went to this shop... I looked for the highest rated shop in Reidsville and for some reason, maps and google miscommunicated and maps brought me here (which is obviously and unfortunately NOT the best rated shop). Well, I am indeed glad this happened because the woman and gentleman behind the counter helped me out tremendously while I was in a financial bind. They exceeded my expectations, were fast and friendly, and I am happy that google made the mistake that lead me here. Highly recommended.

I brought my TV up there and it was working fine. when I got it out and got it home the screen was cracked and it did not show a picture. I called to see if they could do anything about it because it worked when I brought it up there and doesnt now and they are saying they wont replace it! they broke the TV and are saying they are not responsible!

The worst pawn shop around! Years ago Quick cash Pawn was my go to for buying electronics and once in a while pawning an item. Also was a friendly customer service enviroment. I would catch a good sale and get a reasonably offer for a pawn. That was back in 2012-2013. I didnt go back for a few years and ive been up there several times in 2016 and I cannot believe the transformation. Insulting offers for pawn items, asking price for products are to high, patronizing staff memebers and the list goes on. I dont feel comfortable even riding past the store. Apparently the word has already been spread around town that Quick cash in Reidsville was not the place to go. Ive heard multiple stories how they rip you off. Im only writing this so the place can get an insight on what the outsiders are seeing.

I haven't pawned anything but I've purchased many items from them and received a fair price. I recommend them.
