My husband and I have both done business here and we really enjoyed the experience. Lisa makes you feel like family. She is such a sweet person. My husband worked with her on an engagement ring. He had it custom designed and she was very patient with the process of making sure it was just right. I love it to this day. We were recently married and I was given a wedding band that was in the family for 5 generations. It had lots of wear and tear and was definitely not in the best shape. I brought it up there to be resized knowing that they spent so much time on the engagement ring. They made it look like a new ring again! I am so happy with what we’ve had done here, we’ll be customers for life. The best part, they did it on short notice. All of the big box jewelry stores said it would take weeks and they got it done quickly. They’ve exceeded my expectations for sure.
