Highly recommend this dealership! The salesman Todd was very helpful and made the entire process easy and stress free. When other dealerships during covid were charging exorbitant "market adjustment fees" or gouging customers with mandatory "dealer added accessories," Tri City did not. They were upfront, fair, and honest throughout the entire process. Great experience!

Best car dealership in a hundred-mile radius. They told me to find a better deal somewhere else then bring the deal to them so they could beat it. They did. also, they have a really good selection of pre-owned vehicles. No junkers. Lots of places have trashy used vehicles. I felt like I was getting a new vehicle but it had 35,000 miles on it.

I recently purchased a new SUV from Tri City. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I recommend salesman Daniel Jones. He is honest, genuine, kind and patient. In addition, Mr. Richard was a pleasure to work with as well! Both are fair and people of business integrity. I highly recommend Tri City. I have no regrets at all! Go check it out!

This place is hit or miss. The Parts Department is great, the Service Department not so much.

Hands down the best experience for myself and my family. The sales team was kind, experienced, and reasonable. The entire crew went out of their way on multiple occasions to give the best customer service and the best product. I’ve been to many dealerships and this place was extraordinary. Took my company van in for service. The new guy Billy was absolutely amazing and has some of the best customer service skills I have ever seen! I was very impressed by the fast, prompt service, constantly being updated on the progress of my vehicle and how great the entire staff was. Janet did great contacting our fleet for approval and the parts department got the parts in on time. We were so impressed we have another van we are going to get looked at next week and my bring in more! Keep up the good work!

We moved here 2 years ago from out of state. Really loved my old dealership and always appreciated the care of the vehicle and the personal touch I received. I never would have imagined to find another group of service guys that would take care of me in the same way. Vince and his crew are the best. The personal attention I see them give customers as well as myself is outstanding. They always have my car ready when they say and let me know what needs to be done. Their workmanship is outstanding. We drive our cars till they drop and we intend to keep this car a long time. Vince, Robin and Taylor's crew will be taking care of us.

This is the worst dealership ever. They sold me a used lemon. Engine light came on and I returned car 7 times before they acted like they did me a favor by trading for a different car. The only reason they traded was because I had contacted News 2. Then I had to return that car as well, 3 times, for major problems. I live about an hour away from the dealership and each time we returned the cars my husband had to drive there to bring me home. I finally traded the second car at a different dealership just so I could stop dealing with Tri-city, now I am out of a lot of money, but at least I have a car that won't have such mechanical problems and if it does, I can take it somewhere other than Tri-city to truly get fixed. There were many times that I prayed for this dealership, and its employees, to do the right thing, sad to say they never did. Please save yourself lots of time, money, and frustration and don't deal with Tri-city!!

Every single staff member with which I had contact was absolutelyP wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything gets done accurately, while not taking hardly any time at all. They make it comfortable for you for the little while you will actually wait, though. With a roku TV, complimentary coffee, wifi, all in an air conditioned waiting area. Always a good experience here and I would definitely recommend to anyone for all their mechanical needs 😊

While I've not made a purchase through Tri-City, this is where I go for all of my service needs since moving to Eden. Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I've never had to wait too long for parts to come in or repairs to be done.

Fantastic experience! Easily the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life. Vic and Tim were awesome. Hometown feel where they treat you like family. I had my three kids in tow and they were treated very kindly. I now look forward to my next vehicle purchasing experience as I am confident it will be here. We came here from an hour and a half away and boy are we glad we did. No tricks, gimmicks, misrepresentations, or anything of that nature. Just good old fashioned honest business, the way it should be. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or preowned vehicle to go here, you won't be sorry you did. Every time I take my Buick Encore in for service it is always a pleasant experience. Dani in service is awesome. She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable & very patient. She listens to what I have to say about the problem I am having with my Buick. She always keeps me up on the progress of the service that I am having performed on my vehicle. She checks periodically to see how I am doing as I wait. Everyone at TriCity Chevrolet Buick GMC are very friendly. I am so glad I chose this dealership for my auto needs!!
