This is absolutely the worst pawnshop in the whole area the prices are the same as what you can buy a new four and I will not come off of it also they have signs hanging around on the wall with prices on it but I refuse to sell it makes no sense will not be coming back anymore I’d rather drive to Martinsville

This is an awesome store to come to. Always great prices and the customer support is top notch and will work with you as a person not just a customer. Very great place with 1000’s of different items to choose from and it changes on the regular. I recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I love the selection here and the customer service is even better! Blake is super helpful and very polite which is hard to find these days. He seems to enjoy what he does and if need to come back I'll be sure to ask for him!

I've lived here for 2 years and this is the best place to go. I highly recommend them. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. They've helped me with a window unit last year for the summer. Nothing but smiling faces and warm greetings when you walk inside. Keep up the good work guys!

Christian is a professional and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and really cool. He is honest and fair he will work with you and hes a really nice young man. I highly recommend his store.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and the staff is great! They even carry Apple products. We have 3 Pawn shops in my area in Virginia, but I prefer and recommend this particular pawn shop because the quality of products, customer service, fair pricing, and good loan options, plus they offer always🙂

I went in with the TV and they told me 175 for it I actually went down the street and got 350 for it but overall all I'm saying is they are very understanding and they're a great team of people who actually seem like they care about what they're doing even though I didn't sell it there I still feel like that's a great pawn shop to bring your stuff too

Awesome shop. Always greeted by friendly staff that is super helpful. My husband and I went in and had our 3 year old with us. We were looking at Blu Ray players when our daughter started getting restless. One of the staff started talking to her and playing with her on a tricycle. It calmed her down and made her day. I will not shop at any other pawn shop. They really are the best.

Does not care that they sold a device with my credit card number and whoever bought took over my account and changed everything. They did not clear device before selling. Did nothing to assure me this doesn’t happen often. Did nothing but say they’ve never had this happen. Not even a sorry. Don’t do business here unless you like to overpay and have terrible service.

So glad that sign holder employee is gone, now i feel better about coming in there! Nothing against the other employees in there but I go to Blake every time. He's a dedicated employee and has been there awhile so he is trustworthy. Everyone go check it out! And don't forget, ask for Blake!

Great place to find deals. Fantastic prices on TV's and other electronics. Got some awesome deals on video games there as well. Haven't pawned anything there only because I dont have the need to. But I'm sure with their quality customer service it is as easy as getting help with what your shopping for.

I don't normally do pawn shops but had some things that needed to go. I thought about selling them on the yard sale page but changed my mind and took them to Riverside Pawn. Have to admit I was pretty surprised by the whole experience and would definitely go there again. Thanks Matt Jones for all your help !!

These guys are 100 percent honest and fair. Never seen a dissatisfied or angry costumer in the store, ever.

Great selection of hunting rifles. I buy ammo from time to time from them. Reasonably priced. Normally deal with Blake but that Christian guy is good guy too.
