Great customer service. Sharaina was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we've walked in until the moment she approved our loan. If all places would have such an exceptional customer service the world would be a better place. She made the whole process quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kalondra is best, absolutely great customer service. Always has a smile on her face, and has all the answers for any questions. Ofcourse don't leave out Stephanie who trained her the way every trainer should! If you need anything these two beautiful woman are the ones to go to!

The manager at the Wards Road location told me to come to the office to pick up my title once I have paid online through the app because I told her it would only be a few days. I made the payment online as agreed but when I went there to pick up my title, it was not available. She did not give me the detailed information I needed before she took my title and she said it was against their "policy". She said I had to wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get my title from their office, even after paying in full. She never told me that before. She just handed me the paper work and told me to go to the DMV to get my title if I wanted it. I'm giving them a bad review as promised.
