My experience was wonderful. I called last week to inquire about a TV and a man named Louis answered the phone. He was extremely helpful, personable and professional. The price was reasonable and I could not leave without it! Too add, all of what was in the pawn shop was in good/great condition with great prices! I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by yesterday just to look around. The more I looked, the more items I found that were of interest. After spending about an hour in the store, I purchased several items and had a nice conversation with Louis. I will certainly return and recommend this place. So many nice and interesting things and Louis was great in customer service. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Louis.

I am not familiar with pawn shops. I was worried I was going to have to fight tooth and nail to get anything fair for the jewelry I had brought in to sell. I was going to try and act like I knew what I was doing but I went in and just outright told them that I had no idea what I was doing. The owner, Louis V. Scicli was very nice and even explained the process of how jewelry is bought and how they come up with what you get paid for your jewelry. I feel like he was very fair and it wasn’t tense and weird like I thought it was going to be. He also listened to why I was selling these items which was kind because I just dumped on him about the recent breakup that brought me to selling the items I had brought in. The store is clean and organized very well. I am OCD and I was actually shocked at how well. I would sell or buy from him again and I would refer my family and friends to him as well. Good sales man, excellent customer communication skills, down to earth & kind. His business it’s about making maximum gain but little bits of profits on many sales (huge turn over). He works with you on price, in order to meet to meet your budget. Good man!

The best pawn shop in town. Louis sold me a beautiful 1.75 ct diamond ring for $2,600.00. I had the ring appraised yesterday for $7,250.00. I totally trust Louis at this pawn shop. He really knows jewelry. I have bought many items from him in the past and can tell you I will never go anywhere else. I can’t wait for you to open your new location in Forrest. I have been to other pawn shops in the past and can say he runs the best pawn shop in Lynchburg.

I recently went into timberlake pawn and was greeted so warmly. Lewis was so very nice to me. We actually chatted for a bit. He is running for sheriff in campbell county. If he is the same at the pawn shop as he will be as sheriff, i would definitely vote for him.

I absolutely can not say enough great things about Louis and Timberlake Jewelry and Pawn. We had a family health emergency and I had to take a loan. The whole health situation was awful but when I went and met with Louis, he made it so easy. Extremely kind and very honest. You won't find any place better.

Great customer service! He will be honest about the trade in value even if he isn't the one making a buck. We brought in a ring and he could only give us the value of the gold. He recommended where to sell it to get more money for it. Where do you find that level of honest anymore? Here! Also (side note) it's a really clean shop. Great shop! I brought in a few pieces I wasn't sure were real or not. Louis looked at them and encouraged me to try and sell them on my own so I would make more money. I had looked at a lot of reviews of other shops since I don't know much about where to take jewelry. Timberlake Pawn had the best reviews and now I can see why! Definitely recommend.

This is the best Pawn Shop I have ever been to. The owner is the most honest gentleman you will ever meet. I borrowed $800.00 dollars because my vehicle needed repairs. My repairs were $888.00 so I went back to borrow more money and the owner Louis said he would redo my pawn ticket for the difference. Very honest and respectable man. Im a customer for life.

What a wonderful owner. I brought some gold coins to him that was left to me by my grandfather, and after getting quotes from other locations I sold them for $300.00 more than anyone else. I want to say thanks for really taking care of your customers. I will be back. Thank you again.
