Great experience with customer service! Gabrielle Was very helpful and informative. The process took a bit longer then expected due to them having new software, however; the experience was good. Rates are a bit high, but it IS a TITLE LOAN. Overall good experience thus far.

Just left from here my grandad wanted a loan but they wanted too much for the monthly loan payment. I thought it was reasonable price but my grandad said it would run in with his other bills. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at TitleMax! Ebony took absolutely excellent care of me and I was out the door with my check in hand in less than 45 minutes. She was helpful ,informative, and could not have been more pleasant. They also saved me over $200.00 over an online company I won't mention (Approved Money, lol) who thankfully I didn't do business with after speaking with Ebony. A++++
