First time customer. Great service! David Alger, the manager, met me right at the door with a warm welcome. I was in late but it was no problem. Super fast process and David kept the conversation going while waiting on approval. He talked to me like I wasn't a lesser for being there and that made it a super easy and comfortable process. Then, I was approved for more than I wanted. So, all I can say is wow. I would highly recommend David and the Swansea location.

I can not say enough good things about this office and the staff!! Not only were they amazing, but there was fresh coffee for me and hot chocolate for my kids. There is also a small kids area with some toys to keep them busy which was super helpful while I handled business. 10/10 would recommend

I was leery of taking out a title loan, and it wasn’t easy to walk into this office....but Dave was supper charming and kind from the very start as he helped me get what I needed and made me really comfortable in the process.Tammy helped me stay on track and get my title back! Alexis was very nice , she allowed me to come in and print my check stubs due to my phone was off . she was very quick , and knowledgeable and she gave the kids candy while wait , this is the place to go when needing some quick cash , if you go ask for Alexis .
