I called title max because I was unsure of doing a title loan. Jami Tate answered all of my questions briefly over the phone before I made my visit. She answered with the upmost enthusiasm, spoke clearly and professionally. Came in and laid my situation out on the table and she jumped through hoops to do the best she could to get us out of the office with what we needed. Which she managed effortlessly. Definitely helped me out more than I could expect for my situation and being a short notice deal. We thank her and title max so much.

I was greeted by a very nice lady. She was kind and courteous. Honestly I have never had someone that instantly felt like a friend and made the whole experience of signing my title over more at ease. Cause that's one thing you really worry about is if you can make the payments so you don't loose your car and she made it to where I knew I would be able to make my payments and get my title back. This place was the best

First off let me brag about the hospitality and greeting i got when i came in from jami tate!
