She had a friendly demeanor to her and I appreciated her laying out my options in an informative yet easily understandable manner.     I was sitting at Lottie’s Cafe when I saw Deanesha walking around the parking lot putting flyers out I stopped her for me and my friend to ask her about everything she offered. She answered all of my and my friends questions to the best she could. With a HUGE SMILE she asked for a google review and a Pre-appraisal on my car . I told her that I wasn’t in need for anything right now but I got a pre-appraisal anyway for about $7,500. I really want to help her because she was so helpful to us.     The reasoning for my 1 star rating is due to manager Kayla. I went onsite to make my final payment on my payday loan and re-borrow as well. Granted I did sign up for the ACH debit but there was a note clear as day on my file stating I would come in and make payment. Kayla at this point did what she wanted to do. When asked why no one reaches out to me Kayla said she called me twice, first attempt straight to voicemail and second attempt no answer. I simply asked Kayla why didn’t you leave a voice message she stated after a certain time the company is NOT allowed to leave a message. I replied but you can call me. Communication at this location is very poor
