Laura is absolutely amazing. She is very kind and very professional. She was great at explaining everything where asking questions were not necessary she explained everything to the t. If I could I would give her customer service a 10. I will be a returning customer and would not go anywhere else for a payday loan. And would recommend her to anyone looming for a payday loan

Anitra ( manager) and her a.k.a. "crazy" assistant were awesome! They treated me with respect and were fun!!!. They made getting my loan easy and enjoyable.. The service was fast and very friendly! I am a first time customer and was very impressed with both of them! They are keepers :-)

I went to 5 different check cashing places and Walmart's Money Center before coming here. Nobody else was able to cash my check because it was a written business check not printed. This place was able to! Anitra was amazing. I definetly will be coming back here for my monetary needs.

I would recommend this location to anyone. The staff here are what makes the difference from any other payday loan service. They are fast and friendly, and the they remember me everytime I come in. They are also very flexible and understanding that sometimes life gets in the way of things. Bottom line best in the area at what they do and I will keep coming back as long as i need them.

I had been going to Check Into Cash for over three years. I never missed a payoff and usually paid early. I went there recently with several pages of my bank statement and my most recent pay stub. They denied me a $100 loan because my name did not appear on my online bank statement. It never does appear there. They could have cross referenced the last four digits on my bank statement with the personal check (with the account number) I had in my possession. But instead, they insisted I find a bank statement with my name on it. I went to one of their competitors with the same information and they approved me right away.

You should not be sad about paying off a loan and getting out of debt. However, I am sad because I have really enjoyed working with Laura the store manager. She made every visit enjoyable with her bubbly personality and great customer service. If you need to use this type of service, I would highly recommend Laura at the Arnold branch. I would highly suggest that Check into Cash make Laura a trainer for all their area stores.

I absolutely love this place!!! Anitra is such a wonderful person and a great helper...and she’s also the Manager❤️❤️❤️!!! I am so happy she helped me fix a problem from the past 6 years that nobody else has ever been able to help me fix!!! AND she’s great to my other family and friends!!!! The lady who works here is really nice! I came to pick up money from westren Union, but she hasn’t enough cash, and she helped us to find out address where we can pick up money! She called to that address to make sure if there enough cash, she helped us so much!!! Thanks for her!! And I hope in whole check into cash places will work that kind of nice person like she is!!!

On occasion, I need a short term loan and go to this Check Into Cash location.. Anitra and Tammy are very nice, professional, and know what they are doing. The place is also well kept.
