If I could give this check n go location and its employees 50+ stars I would. Levi is the absolute best. My husband and I went in there last Friday as we were in a bind for some fast cash to get caught up on some bills. Levi was more than transparent throughout the whole process and made us feel more than confident that we were in the right place. Levi at the Belleville,il location is absolutely amazing!! Very helpful,kind, and will do anything he can to help you in anyway he can. I highly recommend him when you need help. Past manager Annette was very violent and rude and had me a wreck by the time you would leave the store, she would just scream at the customers and the customers were waiting over an hour at least. Im very comfortable and very pleased with the atmosphere and with Levi Lancaster and Kristin Martin. Kristin made me feel very at ease and was very accommodating to me with being disabled and they both explained everything to me perfectly so I felt very happy when I left today! Thank you guys!!

I just love the manager levi lancaster. Hes excellent at what he do! One Saturday i went to make a payment and he was the only one there working. He had 5 customer in the store and 5on the phone to make payments plus ppl was still coming in. With a little of patience he cleared all in close to a hour. He had lot of customers being very rude but he still smiled and remain professional. I told him he does an excellent job because i couldn't take all that pressure. GREAT JOB LEVI LANCASTER

After our conversation I decided to drive an extra 20 min to work with her on an installment loan versus going to the O’Fallon office which was 20 min closer. She helped me work through a few issues to ensure I would be approved! She was amazing and highly recommend to Kristen for all your loan needs!
