Check `n Go W Hwy, O'fallon

I would definitely recommend Check n' Go! I have browsed, called and read reviews on many other quick loan business establishments and CHECK N' GO is the PREFERRED way to GO! I am very active with asking Google for recommendations on all kinds of places, events and so on. So I wouldn't say anyone just because, but based off of experience entirely! I also give 5stars to Ms. Sheryl at the O'Fallon location, for helping me make the right decision that fits both my budget and pocket.

I love this check and go. I got my third loan a few days ago. Always reliable staff to help me with any questions. Also a quick in and out service. I'm sure I'll need another loan in the future and check and go will be my first stop.

Found the customer service to be very poor...at least the ppl we dealt with. A question we didn't think to ask was if they reported to the credit bureaus; they do not and the 200% we ended up paying back on time didn't help our credit score. I would recommend State Finance or Security Finance for building credit. They may not lend as much to start, but if you are on top of your payments; it can improve your credit score if you're trying to rebuild it...and they have been much much more friendly.

Levi is efficient and businesses oriented. Simply no better service anywhere. Ask for Levi the manager!

All I can say is Kelly is awesome just hearing her voice on the phone was so welcoming and warm. She went above and beyond she rocks thank you so much. Words just can't explain how over joyed I am. Keep up the great customer service you are doing!

Great service. Had an emergency that just couldn't wait until payday and they were quick, efficient and friendly. Cheryl was a delight to work with. Hopefully I'll never have to be back, but If I am in need I know where I will be going.

My review isn’t about this location but the company it self. Yesterday I was apporved for a loan that I was expecting to be my account this morning. I was shocked this morning to find out that no money was deposit into my account. I then check my email to see if there was an error or an explanation why. There was no email. I then check my account on check n’ go and I can’t find my loan information anywhere. Like it never happened. Luckily I save the loan number on my phone and called the company. When an operator picked up and verify all my information. I told her what happened and that I was apporved yesterday. she tells me that I was decline and could not tell me why because she did not have access to that information. The only positive thing I have to say is they pickup the phone pretty quick at check n’ go. The negative they approve one day but with in 24 hrs you can still get decline and they won’t tell you. If you get decline they don’t send out an email saying you been decline or even have a status update on your loan on check n’ go site when you log in. I’m very displeased about how check n’ go has handle this

I was helped by Brandy and Sheryl. They some of the most friendly staff I have ever worked with. I will most definitely be returning for service.
