Amazing customer service!! We went in and walked out within 15min with check in hand. They even stayed open late for us to make sure we were funded SAME DAY! Process was all very easy and explained very well. Uriel was sincere when asking if we understood all aspects of the loan before signing. He never made me feel uncomfortable or uneasy about what I was doing. I have a completely different view on these types of loans after my experience at TitleMax Round Rock . Lastly, The store is very nice, clean and staff are all very professional. If you find yourself in a pinch and need to get money fast this is your place!

Initially I had bad info from my bank and the DMV, but Uriel went above and beyond to call the DMV and make sure I was getting the correct info which saved me a lot of back and fourth as the process went forward. I cant say enough about how swift he was in getting my loan process completed quickly, efficiently and on point with what I was requesting. He was very polite, funny and professional throughout.
