I was looking for a drill to hang solar lights on my patio. A friend told me to check out a pawn shop instead of paying full price. I passed National Pawn and decided to turn around. Glad I did, found exactly what I needed at it was on clearance. The owner and attendant were extremely kind. Will definitely return!!

I have been coming to this particular pawn shop on 79 for years. I've always received great service and their products I normally pretty good.

I gave my son a recorder station but it was old school style kind of so my son didn’t really know how to use it which is why I said he could pawn it just for the man we took it too he was a little big with a beard and kind of long hair took one look at my som who is black and told him that it’s not his property and since he didn’t know how to turn it on nor use it he won’t pawn it because he says it’s something that he just knows isn’t his so since racial profiling is something that you can sit and have your employees do I’ll be in contact with you guys later on today

This place has got to be the best pawn shop around in ised to get strong armed out of my things for next to nothing.... But this place has always given a fair amount for my pawns, Has great costumer service and a great selection to look at! Thank you guys for doing the service the right way!

It is very sad to see beautiful staff at National Pawn leave since I have known them for years. They did an outstanding job to make the store look amazing in a short turn around of moving from a small space to a bigger accommodated location. I will really miss those guys.....and no one can replace them ad an awesome staff with always a friendly smile as you walk in, even if they are busy with customers. I wish them the best: Chris, Amanda, Gary, Bryon....

I have been going to this pawn shop for about four years now. I didn't go for the merchandise, it was nothing spectacular or different from any other pawn shop. I went for the people. Chris, Amanda, Bryan, and Gary are amazing people! They treated my family and I like their own family. They all knew me by name and were consistently helpful throughout every single one of my transactions there. They were just all around good people. Never rude and never treated me like I was just another customer. It should say something about the new ownership if a group of people such as these would up and leave after years of service. I am devastated to say the least and will definitely miss seeing them down there!

Very nice friendly staff. Willing to negotiate. Wait for assistance is always a bit long but quickly processed and out the door.

I had a bad experience but worked with Hilda. She was such a good person and had amazing customer service experience. She was very helpful and recovered a lost customer. She's the only reason I'm still visiting that store. Give that lady a RAISE!!! Well deserved!

The Manager, Sully, has been most helpful during COVID dilemma! She has been able to work with me on making my payments and I will do business with them because of her patience, understanding and professionalism.

I have got loans with them before about 5 times now and they are always very accommodating to my needs! Even with the payments they usually always call to remind me or text me. JERRY IS THE MAN. nice, knowledgeable, and understanding so he's easy to talk to when you're in a tight spot. This is the only pawn shop ill ever pawn at because they will work with you and they don't beat you down. If you need 110 to make ends meet, and they can do it, they will. As long as you come back for your items or stay paid up they will continue to get you what you need.

I was looking to sell my wedding ring following a divorce. Emotions were already high given the circumstances. This location had the best ratings along with a large # of ratings of many I looked at. All employees were friendly & I felt like they actually took the time to look at the ring & try to get me as much as they could. When I said I wanted to shop around they wrote the info on a card & gave it to me with an expiration date for the offer they had made me. I never felt any pressure to accept their offer. I went to 4 other locations, all of which were $60-150 less than this location. The other locations didn’t even take that long to look at the ring either. I returned & sold my ring & am happy with my decision. Definitely recommend them.

I always enjoy going to this pawn shop to get tools and many other collectible items. Its very neat and clean compared to some other shops I've been to. Aidan is awesome! If you need help he is the guy to go too! Nice, professional and very informative. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would've!

I came in looking for a watch. Mark did a phenomenal job working with me to find a watch in my price range. He also helped me find a guitar to put on layaway. His customer svc is beyond reproach. I highly recommend National Pawn...make sure you work with Mark.

I am and have been a regular pawn shopper. And ever since I have been going to national pawn in round rock I have never had any problems with the people who used to work there. Amanda, Bryan, Gary and Chris had always been very attentive and caring and always greeted me like I was part of the family. But now the new group who work there don’t care about how they treat their people. I go in there I get no greetings, not even “can I help you” nothing. They treat me as if I’m of no importance. There’s a guy in there that has no customer service no smile no hello nothing doesn’t know what he’s doing and is making me feel like I have to do his job for him. Also, the other day I called to check on my tickets the manager ,Hilda, was very rude told me she couldn’t help me because she was too busy and she would call me back because she was attending to another customer. I never got that call and had to have someone else help me and they couldn’t even do that either. Don’t go here for anything if your expecting great service.

Love this shop. They have recently remodeled the inside and have a huge selection of stuff, with items you don't often find. Its very clean and all of the employee's are polite. Michael and Victor have been great. Hope to do business with them for a long while.

They help out when needed, and they give you a good amount of time. They even let you know when your payment is due when it’s getting close.

There’s not just a one time experience for me it’s the delightful experience all the time that I come into their store. They’re honest, friendly and try to give the best price for anything that you decide to bring in and that’s all the time.
