    I worked with a gentleman named Joey. He was amazing to work with. Extremely hospitable and respectful. He respected my space as I still socially distance. I got my appointment quick, and showed up at lunch time to drop off and was in and out in 20 minutes. I checked in my car the day before my appointment which was at 1:30 pm. I ended up getting a call telling me what was wrong with my car BEFORE my appointment time even began. We agreed on the repairs and Joey told me he would take care of it. Two days later I got a call that my car was ready for pick up. I went the next day to pick up at lunch time again, and once again I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My wife drove the car home and said it drove better than it has in a long time. Very happy with the service. Will come back for future repairs/oil changes etc.

    Everyone told me buying a Honda would be the best experience. They were right. The guys in the service department and the service manager are wonderful. I had an issue with my car after I bought it from the used car department. The service manager was very very understanding and they fixed my issue for free. They don't even do loaners but they found something I could drive while they fixed it. Joey, Jeff and Greg are all awesome. I'm so so happy I bought a Honda. The customer service was top notch and so so wonderful. O cant say good enough things. I'm so so so greatful for them

    It took a little over two hours for B1 service-oil change, change wiper blades, multi-service check and tire rotation. Not super fast, but not bad considering the time of day. Waiting area is spacious and clean. Nice facility. Best of all Fox News was NOT on the TV!!!

    My CRVs metal pan (splash guard) came halfway unattached while driving on I35. I was pretty rattled by the time the tow truck driver and I met at the service center. My car was checked quickly, the part was in stock, and I was able to pick it up before close of business the same day. The price was even really reasonable!! I live about an hour from this center, but I work close by. I plan to use this center in the future for my maintenance needs. I was absolutely blown away.

    Multiple system alert lights turned on after I was having to pull over many times for ems vehicles, I took my car to a Honda dealership closer to me in Austin and they tried to tell me that running diagnostics wouldn’t be covered under warranty and that they wouldn’t be able to have someone look at it for a few days and didn’t offer a loaner car for when they would have my car. My car is a 2022 and I’ve had it for 6 months there’s no reason for multiple alerts to be set off from pulling over for ems vehicles so I reached out to Trish (who sold me my car) and she connected me with Jeff in the service department. Both Jeff and Ray were very helpful and made sure my concerns were addressed and provided me a loaner car, it turns out there was a system issue and it is all covered under warranty. I will gladly make the drive to Round Rock Honda anytime I have an issue or due for regular maintenance.

    Round Rock Service has become horrible. We spoke to someone named Anthony and to a female employee that were rude, mocking when we tried to speak to them about our previous diagnostic from a few months ago. We wanted to discuss the work that we wanted to have done and they were completely diss interested in speaking with us and acted like they were doing us a favor for even looking at our car. We have a Honda Odyssey and I’ve been Honda owners for over 23 years. I have visited many Honda dealerships to have my cars serviced and I’ve always had an excellent experience until now. The unprofessional behavior of the people that work there is hard to accept. Whatever happened to being polite to a customer and trying to help them? It appears that this Honda dealership needs to take a look at their staff, their policies etc. if I can’t find a decent Honda dealership in my area to service my vehicles, I will certainly rethink ever buying a Honda vehicle again.

    I’ve had the most wonderful experiences at Round Rock Honda. I initially called with questions regarding the Federal Emissions Warranty (check it out) and whether my vehicle qualified. I just moved from Hawaii and shipped my vehicle. I was put in touch with Joey Gonzalez and he was happy to assist. I was impressed with his ability to answer questions and eagerness to seek help/answers from superiors if he wasn’t sure of something. He went out of his way to ensure the needs of my vehicle were met, while navigating a third party warranty, and the Federal Emissions Warranty with Honda directly. We had some instances of phone-tag, but this guy is busy so it was expected. I never felt like my car was in the wrong hands or like I was being misled or given wrong information. Aside from Joey, the rest of the staff was attentive and I didn’t have any sense that they offer service below what Joey was exhibiting. I really appreciated the Uber service that they provide. Much better than a courtesy shuttle. Rides to my house and back to the service center, ~20min each way, we’re seamless and time efficient. The coffee machine in the lobby was impressive, the closest I’ve seen to a robot barista and the coffee tasted just as good. Be sure to grab one while waiting for your Uber. All and all, my experiences were great. I would definitely recommend Joey to anyone looking to service their car with Honda. Will return when issues arise. 🤙🏽

    Always had my vehicle serviced at Honda, and as long as I own a Honda I will have my vehicles serviced here. Exceptionally friendly service, went in for an oil change found a recall and was able to fix it that was convenient for me and now my car is running like brand new all over again.

    It took around 90 minutes to complete the service, just like they said it would. I waited in the lounge area which is clean and equipped with wifi, coffee and some treats. I was able to do some work. Came with a free wash, price wasn’t too bad, fair for a dealership service department.

    Drover's side back door not working properly. Made an appointment--very easy. Took it in for service and Brian was very helpful. As usual, not a Round Rock Honda problem, the part had to be ordered. Left the car a few days; no part yet. Waiting for part. Staff was friendly and helpful--Brian especially.

    We had First Texas Honda service department check out our Ridgeline due to a recall for a possible problem that could cause the hood to fly open at high speeds. We drive on the toll road daily, so having this checked was important to us. We made an appointment and they stuck to the schedule exactly as they told us before hand. We were fortunate to not have the issue, and were able to pick up the truck the same day. They performed a few additional checks for us, and there was no charge for any of it.

    Got my 2014 Honda Odyssey maintenance for an upcoming winter trip. Transmission fluid change, alignment, new brake rotors, etc. All services done quickly and well. Not pressure to perform other services and very friendly service writer and follow up. Clean shop and nice folk!

    I had my oil changed and tires rotated along with the inspection they always do. i noticed the next day that the cover underneath my car wasn’t secured properly so when i would drive it scraped the road. thankfully they fixed it immediately! Anthony was super quick to fix the problem and very polite and patient.

    Great job by the Round Rock Honda team again. I went last week to First Texas Honda (see my other review) and had a horrible experience with Carlos who couldn’t be bothered to assist me at all after I refused his thousand dollars worth of fluid changes and tires that I didn’t yet need. So when my battery died four days after leaving First Texas where my battery passed their inspection, I decided to go to Round Rock Honda. I pulled up and the difference was already clear. No one was inspecting my car before even saying hi so they could sell me tires like they did at First Texas. The tech asked me what was going on and sent me right over to Juan who had more experience with my issue. Juan explained the issue, got it fixed and had me on my way in less than two hours. Everything was done in person, compared to First Texas where they couldn’t even bother coming to get me in their own lobby they knew I was waiting in. I’ll never return to First Texas Honda. If you want an experience where they try to sell you on things you don’t need and then basically ignore you if you say no, then feel free to go there. If you want real customer service then come here to Round Rock Honda. Even if it’s a further commute, it’s worth it!!

    The repair was completed in a timely manner but my car is still making a loud noise and when I read the receipt the representative that handled my car stated that recommended to address but I declined and I was never asked about it.

    I scheduled to have my car repaired because something was wrong with the fuel door actuator. I was fortunate to work with Joey Gonzalez. Not only did he attend to my car immediately, he helped cut my appointment time by two hours. I think I was there for 35 minutes tops when I was expected to be there for ~2.5 hours. Joey also helped save me money on the whole repair. It was a great experience all around and I would DEFINITELY recommend around Rock Honda to anyone looking for great service and speedy deliverance.     Brought my car in due to one tire always being 'low' every 3 to 4 weeks. After four times of this, I was able to have the time to have the service tech look at the issue more thoroughly. Chris Z. offered good customer service, kept me posted especially after finding the issue was a pinhole in the tire. He quoted me the price ($262 OUCH) and ran the car through the Quick Wash before sending me on my way. Thanks!

    Went because every light on my dashboard was on, the service gentleman ( Joe ) did a great job he explained everything well and did all paprika and contacting the warranty company, no hassle on my end. Great job. But then the next day on my way to work it happened again. And let me tell you Joe and the service Manager got involved and and wow!!! It was expedited and it was simple fix and didn’t miss a minute of work. Thank you Joe. You know vehicles are funny but when you have issues they can get to you. But Joe at Round Rock Honda understood that. When going Back for service or anything else I know exactly where I’m going to at Round Rock Honda , Joes Desk. Thank you

    Service performed was excellent. My issue was that the repair estimate at vehicle check in was almost $1000.00 more than when it was scheduled which forced me to cancel the valve adjustment. The estimate was $1644 and at check in 980 was added for valve adjustment. Need to do a better job up front on estimate accuracy.

    We had First Texas Honda service department check out our Ridgeline due to a recall for a possible problem that could cause the hood to fly open at high speeds. We drive on the toll road daily, so having this checked was important to us. We made an appointment and they stuck to the schedule exactly as they told us before hand. We were fortunate to not have the issue, and were able to pick up the truck the same day. They performed a few additional checks for us, and there was no charge for any of it.

    My service rep, Joey Gonzales was very professional and courteous. He took on the task of finding the problem with my car. He returned calls in a timely fashion, keep me update on repairs and was instrumental in getting my problem taken care of under warranty.     I had two main problems that made my experience so bad compared to other dealerships in the area. 1) The service took away longer time than expected and I had to spend more than a day without my car. My family had so much trouble because of that. Other dealerships in the area give loaner car if the service will take that long. That is not a big of a deal and I'd not have mentioned it in a review if it was not for the next problem. 2) Part of the service was to replace tires and perform an alignment. After taking the car back I figured out that the driving wheel is not centered and doesn't rotate all the way right and left with the the same angle. That really bothered me so much to the point of triggering me to write this review. Now I have to take it one more time there and go through the same hassle one more time.

    Very knowledgeable and worked with me on which services were recommended or needed. Prices on some services were inflated, which is expected, but others were very reasonable. Overall would recommend for regular scheduled Honda maintenance.

    Joey was nothing short amazing. GREAT Customer Service goes a long way. I wish I could tip him. I use to have my Honda serviced at Cleo Bay Killeen. I took my SUV to Round Rock because something just didn’t sit right with Cleo Bay. I’m glad I followed my instincts. He listened and took care of my 2016 when it was due for A4 maintenance. Much CHEAPER and WAYYY BETTER SERVICE! Thank you Joey!

    Friendly staff and their waiting room is nice. Only thing that takes it from a 5 to a 4 review is even with an appointment you are waiting almost 2 hours for am oil change. That's a bit steep to wait for something relatively quick to do.

    Fully met expectations. We had a check engine light. Turns out it was due to a loose gas cap. They could have charged a diagnostic fee, but didn't. That garners trust.

    To tell the true I don’t understand nothing about cars. I did my appointment online. My car was needing transmission service but I did (online) the wrong name. But when I spoke to the associate I told her I don’t need a regular oil change e need the other one. I showed her I still have 20% of the oil left. She said ok. When I went to pay it was $216 for a regular oil change. I always pay $50 at Walmart. So now I need to go back pay more money to get what I told the associate. I know I did the wrong service name but I explained to her what I didn’t want. Seriously $216 for regular oil change?

    I've changed my review because I have had continuous issues since I got my tires rotated. Been in there 3 times now and still have the issue if not worse. Management failed to tell me before I drove all the way there that I needed a credit card to get a loaner. Eventhough I didn't have these issues before. Pretty mad at the situation and question whether or not I would recommend service here

    Set an appointment. Realistic expectations set at first meeting. Real consistent costs. Do the job right. Have a small fleet of loaners if it takes over a certain time limit.

    Waited too long for anybody to notice me. Three Honda workers saw me waiting in front of the parts window but they just ignored and carried on having their conversation. The worst waiting area I've seen in a long time. I've been to Virginia and California and more. This place was pretty depressing and lots of people in the room. The parts person couldn't answer the simplest question... I don't know... I don't know.... hmm. How about, 'I don't know but let me find out for you'. Thing called ustomer service?? Very disappointing experience since I just moved to Texas.

    While waiting for my car to fix, With me is my 6 yrs old son that getting bored & crying wanted to go home. The service advisor name Bryan Leleux offered me if I wanted to go to McDonald’s to entertain my child in their playpen area. He even call an Uber to give us a ride. I really do appreciate you Bryan.
