    They care about helping their customers get good deals. This is my 2nd time doing business with this company. I have not been disappointed with their their kind and patient customer service. Vanessa Espinal is an excellent sales consultant! Let her help you with your car selection she really can help you find what you need that's suitable for your budget. Round Rock Nissan will always be my first choice when looking for a car!

    Robert Valle in the service department did an amazing job taking care of getting our 2018 Armada fixed. He was great about keeping me updated on the progress of the car while it was in the shop and got it taken care of promptly, as we needed the car back within a certain timeframe.

    I went here to trouble shoot my AC issues. They were up front and honest, gave me options on what to do, and kept me informed the entire time I was there. This is a dealer who cares.

    I called to make an appointment for an oil change literally 1 hour before they closed and no answer. What's the point of claiming you close at 2pm and when you call to make an appointment at 1259pm I sat there on hold for over an hour.

You have us closing at 2 pm in your review, but we are open 7 am-6 pm Monday through Saturday. We are currently closed on Sundays, but some time ago we were open until 2 pm and I’m hoping there isn’t someplace we haven’t updated that information and it’s created the confusion.     The seller was polite but too insistant. The car I tried seemed too thin and not secured enough because of the material used to build it. The seller still tried to sell me the car even though I expressed my concern for this car. The price of the car was way overpriced for the type of car. And when I came back few minutes later the manager tried to also sell me the car at a lower price (we are talking about a new car). I don't understand how you propose a different price in just a few minutes when instead of trying to make me pay more for the car they should have make the "lower" offer first. The price of a.new car should not change (especially when you state what you want to put on the table for a car). When I went somewhere else the guy told me right away the gesture he would make for the car and did not try to get more money out of me.

    BEWARE - The second signature they ask for, the one on the very bottom of the service invoice, opts you in to TELEMARKETING and ROBOCALLS. They clearly expect you not to read what you're signing – when you refuse to sign, they will insist that you sign the ad opt-in without explaining that (1) you're opting in to telemarketing and robocalls, or that (2) it's completely optional and not a condition for service. Full review below: We went to Round Rock Nissan to replace a faulty rear camera on our Leaf. We successfully completed the replacement, but ultimately they did not meet some of our expectations for dealership service. Good: • The repair was timely and efficient, and we felt that besides the telemarketing incident, the service team treated us with respect. • The service team provided us with a complementary car wash, which we appreciated. Could be improved: • When signing our service invoice, the team member we were working with told us briskly to sign in two places. One of the signatures in required, but the other, we found upon further inspection, would opt us in to telemarketing and robocall ads. We didn't sign the second line and handed the invoice back, but the team member immediately handed the invoice back to us and told us to sign – again, not explaining what we were signing. When we explained that we weren't interested in telemarketing and the invoice clearly stated that the signature was not a requirement for service, only then did he reluctantly accept the properly signed invoice. He was clearly not expecting any pushback. We expect, as many do, that how the dealership uses the data we disclose will be explained clearly to us, especially if it's used for purposes unnecessary to fulfilling the service order. This expectation was not met. • My wife needed shuttle service to and from work on the day they did the service on the car. The shuttle from the dealership to her work went without a hitch. However, the shuttle was unavailable when she needed to get from her work to the dealership, and when Round Rock Nissan dispatched Lyfts several times to pick her up, the Lyft drivers all went to the dealership rather than her work. Ultimately, my wife gave up and I had to drive to her work to pick her up.

    Sean Johnson took excellent care of me. He answered any and all questions I had promptly and politely. He also made sure to get me the best deal on the work he performed. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with goodies. I always have a excellent experience when I come to Round Rock Nissan.

    I took my Armada here to fix an alarm going off when locked in driveway and to install front license plate. They couldn't solve alarm problem but they did mount the plate. Shortly after that, cruise control stopped working. I went to another Nissan dealership. They found cruise control wasn't working because front license plate was mounted incorrectly, obstructing sensor required for adaptive cruise control. They moved the license plate mount which solved cruise control problem but have 2 drill holes where mounted incorrectly. They also easily found the alarm problem was a door sensor issue caused by after market lighting installed by previous owner. I'll never go the Round Rock Nissan again.

    Last time I was not impressed with the service when I came in for the key issue but I didn’t get to make a review. This time I came for my car maintenance (15,000 miles check up) they were late but Lynne has been good (kept in touch/ apologized for the delay/ contact the shuttle driver for my ride in the next morning). She called in the evening to update with the car status and called again early in the morning. The shuttle came on time (2 mins early). Came in Lynne was not there but the other gentlemen took good care of me! I asked about the key and the volume knob in my car and he set up an appointment to fix them all next week. He also walked me to the car and shut the door for me all politely. This is cool. Totally made up for the last time I came here. Keep it up, Nissan service department!

    Hot mess of I ever seen one. I looked up the car I wanted before heading way out to Austin. I get there, inquire about the vehicle the salesman had to go see as he didn't know anything about the vehicle of course you get the "they just got it" line. Yet I've been looking at the car for over a week. Then he pulls it around not only is the vehicle priced a $1000 over the listed price but completely obvious it's been in a few accidents.

    Giving my business to 'Round Rock Nissan' is the best choice I've made in my life. This particular location is unique. I love the full service, the communication, and of course, the upkeep of my Nissan. I am loyal to 'Round Rock Nissan' because they are loyal with me :). Josh-My service advisor (2-3X) is fantastic, and very helpful. He definitely knows how to take care of his customers. Henry has been outstanding... I really enjoy our chat's on the complimentary shuttle that goes 15 mile radius! I highly recommend you use 'Round Rock Nissan'.

    I'm still in my service contract with Nissan so most of the work is covered. So far each time I've come in everyone has been very helpful and friendly and got the job done quickly. We'll have to see what happens once the service contract is over hopefully they will remain as helpful and good as they are now.

    Came in today as I just purchased my Nissan a month ago from another dealership and had to get some things looked at, as it was still under warranty. This was my first time coming here and not my last. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My service advisor was Jim, and he was just so polite and welcoming! He made me feel like family! He assured me my car would get taken care of and would call me with any updates. I would definitely recommend you coming to get your car serviced here.

    I got a flyer in the mail for a free oil change, so I went to their website and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. I got there and found my Nissan Associate Sean, who checked me in and got some information from me and gladly took my coupon and keys from me and showed me to the waiting room. From me arriving to me driving away I was there for 1 hour. They do have the option to get a ride home but it will limit the availability for the oil change/car work.

    They make fake appointments. Arrived for an oil change appointment and was told at least 1-1/2 hours to get it in. Lots of other cars came in earlier. So it's first come first serve, not by actual appointment. Also told I had to have a 49.95 oil change, not the advertised 29.95 because Nissan wouldn't allow them to put the advertised conventional oil in my 2020, if I wanted that I'd have to go somewhere else.
