    Amazing service! I had brought a truck into their service dept that I had purchased and Steven did a full inspection finding multiple issues that should have been fixed before purchase, he was a huge help. I ended up returning the vehicle and buying one from here and the entire experience was easy and pleasant. Marshall was great and I ended up with a better vehicle in the end.

    I had a great experience with Michael in the sales department, Reid in finance, and even Jenny in service. There was minimal haggling on price. And no last minute add ons. After I purchased I quickly got a nail in my tire and they all coordinated to get me in and taken care of quickly. I’ve had other dealerships forget you exist after signing on the dotted line so it’s nice that Nyle Maxwell GMC is different. They have earned my business for future purchases.

    My salesmen Martin McCoy was great on keeping me informed as I waited on my truck to arrive. Although the chip supply issue has made finding exactly the car you want a waiting game, some dealers have stayed true to their values and their customers. Nyle Maxwell GMC is one of those dealers. No games, no hidden fees or unrequested add-ons, no pressure. The price was the price. Martin was excellent in walking me thru the process and has deep knowledge of, and pride in, his product. It took 6 months to get it, but it was worth the wait.

    Schedule an Oil Change for 11am on Saturday 6/18/22. Dropped vehicle off at 10:55am. Spoke with Scot Murray and said I would like an OC and please let me know what other regular maintenance is required at 40k miles. I also asked for the two key fobs I had put on the side for me to be programmed and cut. After 2 1/2 hours, I still had not heard from Scot. Customers coming and going over this time period. I couldn't find Scot. I went up to the two gals at the counter and asked what is going on with my vehicle. They got Scot for me. I asked what they have completed. He said they changed the oil and did a multipoint inspection. I said, "That's it!". Two and half hour and that is it. I asked what work was needed. He gave me a list. I asked why he didn't bring that to my attention over the last 2.5 hours. He had no answer. I asked about the key fobs. He said they couldn't find them. I then told him again that the parts manager was to put them on the side. He then found them and gave me an astronomical price to program and cut them. I told him this is nowhere close to what Jenny and the parts manager quoted me. He became very perturbed and said he would get my vehicle. As fate would have it, my salesman Marshall, happened to walk into the service area. I told him how disappointed I was with the way I have been mistreated for the last three hours. Marshall actually listened and looked as though he cared, unlike Scott. Marshall said three hours is ridiculous for an oil change (especial a scheduled one) and said he would pay for my oil change. He told the gals to issue me a credit since I already paid for it. Scot showed me I am not a valued customer to Lyle Maxwell. He seemed like a slimy car salesman from years ago. Thank God Marshall is not like that or I would never have bought a vehicle from him. Scot was full of attitude and excuses and lacking in tact, politeness and customer service. This is by far the worst service I have received in 60 years.

    On Wednesday evening 12-29/2021 I put did an online inquiry for a 1500 Sierra. Thursday morning within 10 minutes of sales opening Andrew contacted me to discuss the vehicle. We set up a time for me to come in and look at the truck and go over the buying process. From the minute I walked through the door Andrew and everyone at the dealership treated me like family. Andrew spent time to go over everything and answer all of the questions I had. Reid in Finance made sure I got any and all discounts I was eligible for. After the sale Andrew took all the time that was needed to go over everything on the truck and made sure I knew how everything worked. In this time when vehicles are selling themselves as soon as they show up the crew at Nyle Maxwell still puts the customer first and provides an excellent customer experience. I will be back.

    Nyle Maxwell is a great place to do business with! With all of the problems nowadays, plant shut downs, chip problems, the COVID-19, suppliers not having all the parts available to build the vehicles, causing a large slow down in production. In my opinion I think finding a good dealership is more important than any other time we have had. The crew is very professional, make you feel at home and try to help in anyway they can. Problem nowadays is the lack of product and some dealers going way exorbitant in price. Yes pricing is something we all look at but more important is how you are treated and how a dealership handles the business they can for you. It’s not always a dealership, nowadays you see more problems from the manufacturer and not the dealer. After 73 years of life I find I have visited with a lot of dealers and Nyle Maxwell is one I’ve chosen to be my go to for a purchase. I just picked up my 2022 GMC 3500 and love it. The lack of vehicle availability is everywhere. Nyle Maxwell worked very hard for me to get the truck ordered and in. This is more important than anything else, their communications were above board and straight to the point. I’ve had dealers tell me all kinds of stories but Nyle Maxwell tells you like it is. I highly recommend if you’re shopping for a vehicle check them out visit with them and I’m sure you’ll be a satisfied customer like me. Pricing was fair, as the manufacturer puts allocations on the various dealers. Nyle Maxwell will work with you so give them a shot.

    Madi helped me with selecting the vehicle options I wanted and laced an order for build. She was updating me weekly about status but because of a backlog the factory had not even started meaning I'm waiting for several more months for a truck I wanted today! Madi actually found almost an exact match that finished in production and unclaimed by another person and was able to get me into my truck months earlier than estimated.     I had a great experience with Nyle Maxwell GMC! I would recommend anyone to this place of business. I live about 900 miles away and yet they were able to get the car I wanted. They appraised my vehicle at the top max compared to 2 other dealerships that I checked with previously. Everyone was great to work with.     Chad in the service department at Nyle Maxwell GMC Round Rock was very friendly, helpful and honest when it came to bringing my Acadia in for air conditioning issues. He got the problem quickly diagnosed, told me there would not be a charge since it was the same part I had gotten replaced a year ago. Then the service team fixed my car in record time and it was ready same day. Great friendly staff and Chad made it all run smoothly.

    Shopped for a preowned vehicle here online and Josh was able to take care of me on the deal. We quickly got the price down via phone and I did all the finance department shenanigans online. When I arrived to get the vehicle it was ready, did a quick test drive (no surprises I didn’t know about) and within 15 mins I was with the finance department. Was in and out of there in under an hour total time from when I arrived. Definitely appreciated the quickness of the team at Nyle Maxwell and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone interested in a vehicle here. Oh also, the lifetime engine and transmission warranty is a great bonus that you don’t get at other dealerships!

    My car was check in as per my appt. I had a work meeting and had my husband bring the car in. He was there on time. They took the car in and it was finished at 10:42. My husband sat around waiting he called me at about 11:40 to let me know he was still waiting. I told him to check with Chad he stated he was no where around so he checked at the desk and checked the car out at 11:42. So that means he waited an extra hour. I call that poor customer service. My husband also stated that Chad had an attitude. Maybe he needs to find another line of work. I no longer want him as my service contact. Very poor customer service.

    The lack of communication from this dealership was shocking. Multiple times I was told I would be called with updates, and every time I was the one who had to initiate calls and ask about my car. I was given wildly inaccurate time lines about service as well. I know they can only estimate, but it is unacceptable to be told your car would be finished in a couple hours and not get it till 3 days later. The workers I interacted with seemed like they cared very little about the work they were doing and came off as rude multiple times. I like to go to a dealership for an added sense of security for any work done on my car, but I would have been far better off finding my own mechanic. I will not be returning to this dealership and will be telling all of my GM owning friends about the awful experience I had here. Dealt with Scot Murray. He made zero effort to initiate any communication with me. In fact, I brought my car in and it was finished in about an hour, and Scot simply neglected to tell me which caused me to wait an extra 2 hours. Was never at his desk. Absolutely ridiculous.

    My fiancé came here and we both are extremely dissatisfied with his experience. They were supposed to replace some sensors along with an oil change/tire rotation and the truck came back with an additional sensor that is not working and the lock button is also broken and he can’t lock his truck. They told him he needed to pay to get the sensor fixed. Very poor customer service/mechanic service. We will not be coming back.

    This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!. Initially started working with Jacelyn and I put a deposit down on a car from the factory. I had no hesitation doing so because I was simultaneously shopping 3 other dealers at the same time for the same truck. Jacelyn and Nyle Maxwell were the only sales rep and dealer that didn't cram a lot of required dealer add-ons on top of the sticker. When shipping delays were taking longer than expected and a better model arrived, Jacelyn, who was in extended vacation contacted and worked with me and introduced me to Mike, who was just as helpful. My family went in the same day where Mike did all of the pre-work so that we didn't have to spend much time closing the deal. All of them, including the finance manager, were extremely accommodating rather than pushy as the stereotype sometimes seems to be. They made me feel like family and that they had my back when it came to maintaining the truck. Again, best experience I have ever had.

    This was a great car buying experience. Martin was a great salesman. He listened for what I was looking for and he let me see 2 cars that fit my criteria. He didn't push me toward either car but let me figure out which was better for me and showed me the Carfax history to make sure I was pleased with the prior upkeep and condition of the cars. He was very upfront with what the dealership needed and was also very understanding of what my limitations were as a buyer. In the end, I felt like both sides (buyer and seller) ended in a good and fair place as far as price. I highly recommend working with Martin and Nyle Maxwell GMC.

    I took my suv for a service check, the appointment process was easy but I took my vehicle to verify first if the warranty was still active before getting any services - well once we were there we asked and we were told “oh yes I see you have your warranty” we asked how much it was going to be out of pocket and the service tech told us if anything $100 deductible. I asked the tech to please call me same day to let me know if warranty would cover the tech said “oh yes of course” ~ tech DID NOT CALL me same day! The next day in the afternoon he called to ask me if I had extended warranty? What??? I mean I ASKED him the day before if the warranty that I had previously used was active??? I said “no, I don’t” so he said well your warranty is expired!! What??? Why wouldn’t he call me the same day, well he had already ran the diagnostic test on my vehicle WITHOUT MY OK. I had asked to be called first after he contacted the warranty company. We had to pay $160 service charge without any work done on my vehicle!! So unprofessional- we couldn’t get our vehicle fixed because the price was waaay to high!! - I always took my vehicle for services here and never encounter any issues but now I will NOT return!!! Ooh yeah and the tech’s name was LEO 😠😠

    Marshall took great care of me. Went in and he was on the sales lot helping out others. He greeted me right away even though I was just there picking up some Def for my daughters truck.     I had a great experience with Nyle Maxwell GMC. I was hearing some sounds coming from the drivers front side of my truck. I took my truck to Nyle Maxwell GMC, Stephen listened to my problem and offered to take and look at my truck to figure out what's going on. He found out there was a default with a belt. He got the belt replaced and within a day I was back to driving my truck with no problem. I was blown away with the customer service I received form Stephen. He is very kind and respectful. I can definitely see that he puts a lot of effort into his day to day job and he loves what he is doing at Nyle Maxwell GMC. From my point of view he is a great asset to your team.

    I was very surprised how quick I received my new SUV. Martin was very helpful since the day I walked in just to get some information on a new SUV. I came out very happy because my wife new SUV was on its way. Martin was very honest with me and answer every question I had which made me more confident about moving forward with my purchase. He told me it was going to arrive in 3 months but then I get a call 3 weeks later from Martin saying the truck had arrived. Martin kept me inform every step of the way on where and when the SUV will arrive. I will highly recommend Martin to anyone at Nyle Maxwell GMC in Round Rock TX. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. Also here at Nyle Maxwell they don't try to rip people off by adding anything more on top of the price. The price I was told was the price I got which I was very happy about.

    We spend thousands of dollars and cannot get anyone to return our calls regarding any details. Parts came in & sat on their shelf until I called & raised Cain. The work was finally done 4 weeks after initial request. UPDATE: Nyle responded...here's my retort... The issue is not that the part was lost. The issue is that no one returned the calls. We even called to escalate to a manager and no manager ever called. We had to call and refuse to get called back and waited on hold until a manager got on the line. That is the only way that we got any kind of result. So your apology is a bit disingenuous. Your response to this message was a lot quicker than any response to a phone call. We won't be going back. You lost a loyal customer. If you want to discuss further you know my number if you can find your way to the phone.

    I have to say Cesar was one of the best car sales men I have ever met. When we showed up my father was already frustrated from car shopping all day and was ready to give up. Cesar meet us in the lot with a smile and never once pressed us into anything. He worked with us and kept us in the budget which is hard to find now a days!!!     On May 24, we took our 2014 GMC Terrain for service work at Maxwell GMC. Unfortunately, the AC in the car was not working correctly. As a result, Maxwell charged us $619.41 for the supposed repair. Soon after, we noticed that the repairs had not had the intended effect. The problem we had taken the car in to have repaired was still present. However, we were out of state and could not take the vehicle in until we returned. On July 13, we took the GMC in with the same problem, and after diagnosis, the Service Rep informed me that the repairs would cost $2,211.20 and that this was a new problem, and thus Maxwell would not give me credit for the previous $619.41. I informed the service rep that we could not afford the new amount and felt Maxwell should reimburse us for the $619.41. Frankly, as retirees living on a strict budget, we cannot afford this large of an expense. At the very least, should we decide to make the required repairs, we should receive a credit for the first service that did not have the intended result but the Sales Rep disagreed and said we would have to pay a $180 diagnoses fee if we decided not to do the work. I convinced him this fee was not viable, and he reluctantly waived it. After we left Maxwell, we realized that the problem was worse than when we took it in. When we took the car in, the AC was not working correctly, but we were at least getting some cool air. When we left, the AC was not working at all; we instead were greeted with hot air. We are out $619.41, not to mention four days without using the car, and now have a car without AC. Through this email, we request that the $619.41 be reimbursed and the vehicle be restored to at least the state it was when we took it in. We believe this is an unfair resolution of the problem and is not, or should not be, the way Maxwell conducts its business. Please advise us what Maxwell is prepared to do to rectify this matter.

    The people at the dealership have been very friendly and have tried to do all they can with regard to the Lemon Yukon Denali I have been sold. So highly disappointed in the vehicle between a new engine within 10 miles of leaving the dealership originally when it only had 3 miles on the odometer followed now by my emission system needing serviced and that was with less than 400 miles on the vehicle. I won't start on my garage door opener and other issues I have had with the vehicle. Nyle Maxwell however did go to bat for me and I just received a second Yukon Denali and some cash to boot. With a very tough situation which was GMC's fault they did all they could to make it better and I am most appreciative.

    Madi was a great sales representative. She kept me well updated every week about the progress on my car as it was being built. Did have some delays the day of purchase due to the service department ( always expected at this location) and some of the things I asked for were not on the build but Madi is working on rectifying those.     3 hours for an oil change. Made an appointment for 2:30 to have an oil change on my pickup. The sevice writer tells me we only have 4 lube techs. I am thinking ok this might take an hour. Wrong 3 hours later look i understand the way the techs get paid a oil change is not a big money maker. However its just disrespectful to make an appointment for an oil change and take 3 hours. I can change oil in my garage in an hour i dont have a lift and 100K worth of tools. I was barely given a sad apology for taking my entire evening. Dont take your car to the stealer-ship thinking they actually do superior work they dont and they obviously dont care about taking care of the customers who purchase a car from them.

    We had a oil change done to our truck 2 weeks ago and waited over an hour with a appointment - No multi point inspection was done I am not blaming anyone but now our truck has a coolant leak and I talked to the service guy we always work with and he was really defensive when I just asked why no multi point inspection was done and could this leak have been found when we had the oil changed? we have done all oil changes at this dealership and they always give us the multi point inspection paper. The service rep has dropped the ball a few times on things we have asked about and I really just let it slide but today broke that no need to have a attitude when asking a questions.

    I was looking for a used truck on Facebook market and other online sites in central Texas. I saw Nyle Maxwell GMC in Round Rock come up several tines with nice vehicles and saw they were top rated. I went into the store to look at a truck i saw online. I met sales rep Joe Constancio. While the truck was already sold Joe quickly found me exactly what i was looking for. Since the truck had just came in they wouldn't complete the deal with me without having it checled out first.     Scot is always very efficient and goes above and beyond expectations to take care of my car. I've been dealing with Scot for the last 6 years for everything from oil changes to tires and some other problems and never once has he told me that I need something that I didn't .     First new car experience for me. I was apprehensive and pessimistic at first. Had not had good straightforward dealings with dealerships in the past.     I had an amazing experience at Nyle Maxwell GMC. My salesperson was Martin McCoy and he was flat out great. Zero pressure, strong lines of communication, and always made sure my questions were answered. They are working shorter hours due to the ongoing pandemic and closed at 6pm. Martin was constantly working late and responding past work hours to any questions I had. I also worked with Chad Miner. Chad helped me with some of the customization of my Acadia AT4. Like Martin, when he got an answer for me, he'd let me know right away even it if was 9pm at night. He worked hard to make sure I didn't pay for something I didn't need (I tend to be impulsive). I worked with Alex in the finance department and he was great too. At most dealerships I've gone to, the finance director is always pushing extended warranties and protection plans. Alex did his job and brought them up, but I felt no pressure at all. He also made sure I understood everything I was signing and answered any and all questions, and had me out of there in no time at all. All in all, my experience at Nyle Maxwell was first class, A++. If you are in the market for a GMC head over to Nyle Maxwell and ask for Martin. You won't be disappointed that you did.

    This place has horrible customer service! Do not care about their customers especially Scott and service department! This place does not care unless you buy a $96,000 pick up. Do not recommend going here or buying anything from them! To get your car or truck service here will be a total nightmare and a waste of time!

    I had an amazing experience at Nyle Maxwell GMC. I chose this dealership because their prices were the lowest I found in my online search. Even though they promise the lowest price, they deliver the highest caliber of service. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had to date. Andrew, my sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. Everything from start to finish was streamlined. The finance department was able to finance my loan at a lower rate than my lender offered (Thanks, Donna!). Since I'm having my windows tinted, they loaned me a car so I could have the service completed first thing in the morning instead of coming back for an appointment (Thanks, Chad!). I got the car I really wanted, at an even better price than expected, and everything from start to finish was streamlined and enjoyable.     The people I interacted with we're all good as usual. However I chose to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and during the 90 or so minutes one of your service engineers had a terrible cold/flu/covid, sneezing and blowing his nose constantly with no mask. During a COVID pandemic I don't feel this is acceptable to have him around people. Thankfully I didn't have to interact with this individual. Even worse he was sharing his food with colleagues! After speaking to GMC after the event, the individual was sent home very shortly after I had left and consequently I raised my original 2 to 4 star.

    Took my 2018 Sierra Denali in for routine maintenance on 6/11 and it ended up having to go to the body shop (long story). Still waiting to get it back (hopefully by 6/19)! This was my first and last experience at Nyle Maxwell. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and unfortunately my first impression of Nyle Maxwell was not a good one however, it was a lasting one!

    Leon provided excellent customer service from start to finish. CS is not at the top of some businesses list, but Leon proved me wrong, well at Nyle :) He explained the process and kept us updated daily on the repair status. My husband actually dropped our vehicle off due to a medical emergency. First thing Leon asked me when I arrived to pick my car up was, "Nice to meet you, how are you feeling?"     While the quality of the work was fine and I had no problems with my vehicle, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, despite having an appointment. This same service usually takes at most 20 -30 minutes at a more local establishment. And while I’d love to say this was probably due to some fluke, the couple next to me also waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Additionally, the previous time I brought my vehicle in, I also waited close to 4 hours for a simple maintenance adjustment. So while it’s less expensive to bring it in to the dealership, I will most likely pay extra to have it maintained elsewhere simply bc my time is more valuable.

    The experience and service we received from Jacelyn was amazing!! This was one of the smoothest deals we ever had in purchasing a vehicle.     I had to take my kids with me, and there wasn't a vending machine to buy snacks. However, one of the receptionists came to the rescue. She gave my kids some snacks and they were so happy. 👏👏👏 They did the oil change in about 30 minutes. Great customer service!

    For those of us that are visual learners please go to Nyle Maxwell on Round Rock. There you will truly see what incompetence looks like from the customer service advisors to the parts manager, but let’s not forget to include the general manager. The general manager talked with me on Wednesday and here we are on Monday and he still has yet to respond to my request even though he said he would get me the info I requested within an hour or two. Nyle Maxwell your customer service was exceptional now it sucks. I will not go back ever again!!!! I am giving 1star to post however the service that I received should not be that high.

    I was very displeased by the way my family was treated at this dealership. Our saleswoman, Jacelyn was great but everyone else except the managers seemed to have a problem we that were there. I have a plethora of reasons I will never recommend Nyle Maxwell, but the story that upsets me the most is when we went in to sign papers; Donna Salem was to be our closer. My wife and I took the kids to see our new family vehicle before signing the paperwork. As we walked up to the Enclave we were purchasing Donna came out to introduce herself. My daughter asked if she could see the inside of the car and Donna replied that she would have plenty of time after we signed. That was the first signed things wouldn't go well. As we entered her office her rudeness was immediately apparent. There was a small error on the paperwork and I pointed it out. Instead of fixing the minor problem, she stated "If you want to read the contract, we'll be here all night! Sign it if you want to, don't if you don't" I informed her that I would read every word before I signed anything. She showed us the door. We left very angry. Eric, the pre-owned director, called me the next day and offered us $500 to return and apologized profusely. We loved the car, so we went back. The next day we came back and Alex Munoz (one of their financial managers I guess?) had cancelled or otherwise invalidated our EVBC (check from the bank to buy the car) even though he took our down payment!! We took the $500 and got the car, but now a couple months later we're having issues and I don't want to deal with the trash customer service experience at Nyle Maxwell to get it fixed. Live and learn I guess. If you HAVE to shop at Nyle Maxwell, ask for Jacelyn or Eric the manager. If you care about customer service, the others there that I dealt with will just piss you off.

    Chad and Dylan did a wonderful job to help me and my significant other purchase both our GMC Acadia and our GMC Sierra. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles.     I brought my truck I for an ac problem. While the truck was there Scott decided to do a free 110 point inspection on my truck just to make sure that everything was in perfect working order. While doing the inspection they found several other items that were covered under my warranty that were going to be very large issues had he not found them.     I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with this dealership. We bought a 2019 Suburban from them and we are now in the process of taking it back for the THIRD time. The first time was a faulty battery, the second was following the check engine light turning on & it needed parts replaced, and now AGAIN the check engine light has turned on. What worse is the way we were treated when trying to address the issues. The GM stated he would follow back up with me but never did. Now here we are, stuck with a faulty vehicle dealing with having to take it back repeatedly. Do not buy from this location. Wildly unprofessional and they sell you faulty vehicles.

    I really enjoyed the ease of purchasing from GMC round rock. Bradley was very friendly, in a non-pushy way (which I appreciated). He treated me and my husband with respect. The entire process from start to finish took 4 hours. Which is the least amount of time I have spent purchasing a vehicle. I used to only purchase new from Honda but had a horrible last experience. I am happy to be a new and future GMC customer!

    Very attentive customer service and quick professional vehicle service. UPDATE: The above review was solely based on how Alicia treated me. I would give the service center zero stars if I could. My truck came out of there inoperable. To the point I had to trade it in for a new vehicle because the truck was unsafe for me to drive. My truck was perfectly fine for two years until this center kept spamming me with with recall notices. A decision I will regret for the rest of my life. I took it there for a brake recall, something I didn’t need but they kept on suggesting with their spam mail, and it came out with the recall problem!!! I took it back for them to fix the damage they had done and after wasting my time for 5 hours they told me they couldn’t duplicate the issue. It’s happening nonstop!! I don’t have any trust in this service center and don’t recommend anyone to leave their vehicle in their hands. They will waste your time, break your vehicle, tell you they can’t diagnose the problem and let you figure it out on your own. You don’t know how much I regret taking my truck in to this service center.

    Marshall was an awesome salesman. He quickly understood it was not my first rodeo and we reasonably and rapidly came to a deal on the truck I sought. The sales manager came by to finish up the deal and was also easy to work with during the process. Overall, I was very satisfied with the process of the vehicle purchase.

    I have purchased a few vehicles before, some new and some used. This was by far the quickest, easiest, and most straightforward process I have ever gone through. Dylan and I had spoken about what my needs were with my next purchase and within an hour, Dylan was able to find me exactly what I wanted and exactly the budget I needed it to be in. Dylan didn’t try to play the rookie salesman game with me by getting me in something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He respected my goals and made sure to work with the parameters set. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I won’t hesitate on who I need to contact first.
