My husband, Mr. Brown and I have been with Stepstone for over a year now and manager, Angel, is sooo sweet!!!!!! If you are facing difficulties and it’s hard to make a payment, all you need to do is tell them your situation and they will work their hardest to figure out the best outcome for you! The whole staff so far has been great. I recommend them to anyone. I rated 4 stars because nothing in this world is perfect but our Father in Heaven , so 4 is close enough 🥰 GOD BLESS 🙏🏽!

Ms. Angel is a very customer oriented staff member. All other individuals that I have interacted with, even via email/text, have followed her lead in providing excellent customer service. I’ve been using Easy Financial since 2018 and I loved them! They were always so nice and I started referring a lot of people to them because of their service. Angel was very kind and I’m not sure what happened to her but now she’s so sensitive and unprofessional. She takes everything so personal and she has become very unpleasant to deal with. I would never recommend that anyone deal with them anymore. It’s not worth it at all and they have become a bunch of liars.

So easy and amazingly easy! Great term and rate compared to other places I've been! The ladies in the office are sweet and chatty so I was right at home! Will absolutely recommend to anyone I know in need of a quick loan !!
