I'm going to submit a dual review only because of the comfortable atmosphere that I was submitted to. Both Maritza and Tessa were two of the the most professional young women I have ever encountered in my life so far. Being I was was the only customer in the building for a substantial amount of time, i was given so much insight and knowledge to the inner works of my title loan. Every question I asked was answered in the most insightful way possible. Upon departure I knew every aspect to my title loan. I'm writing this not as an individual review, but as an acknowledgement of how team work in the work place should really be displayed. Not only did i feel comfortable, but in the end i felt like I had two friends help me make a financial decision with with my best interest at hand. Title Max is lucky to have two beautiful young inspired women to lead there team into the future. I highly recommend that Maritza and Tessa continue to lead by example. Ms. Cruz has an ability to make clients feel comfortable. She has a very honest and trustworthy quality that captures ones attention. Being comfortable and having trust in financial matters is very important to me. Ms. Cruz explains every pertinent aspect of the terms and conditions so that it is very comprehendible. Her customer relations skills are phenomenal. The couple of times I have visited her store, I feel welcomed and comfortable. I don't see her as the typical stereotype ( someone I owe). I was extremely surprised with the level of customer service i received at TitleMax Burnet Rd, Austin. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. She never got frustrated as this situation led her to unchartered territory. She was great and i see where she got it from. Her leadership/manager is just as phenomenal as she is. Daniel had to close things out for us since she had gone for the day...i caused her to stay late last evening but he was exceptional!!! Missed you today Jasmine.
