Ive been into loan companies before and they have made me feel like just another hash mark to a store qouta. This was not the case. Mr. Valdez greeted me with a handshake that assured me I was going to be taken care of. Michael was very knowledgable and his customer service was on point!

I came to this location to get a loan on some camera equipment. I was approved for more than what I was expecting so I left out of there happier than life haha. I bought the camera equipment and when that winter storm hit, I had enough money left over to get my family the basic needs to survive the hellish week.I meant to leave a review 2 weeks ago but I’m glad I didn’t until now. I’m def going to keep coming here whenever I need some help. The general manager is Jasmine, she’s honest and will really go the extra mile to explain everything.

I happened upon this store looking for another one and glad I did! The GM Myra and employee, Victoria, were so professional, personable, and informative. Victoria took her time explaining the legal terms to me and I felt so comfortable in their presence...whole process took only a few minutes (as I was on my lunch break), which is a testament to their efficiency as well. Hopefully won't need the car title services again, but in the event I do, I've found a company--the 6214 Lamar store particularly, on which I can always count! Thank you ladies!

Excellent place with amazing people working to help you in your time of need. I recommend this company for a loan over others but it is only this specific branch that I would send my own mother to. I say this because they have hired honest, understanding people that will go the extra mile for you. Stephanie in particular will work with you on all the variables, getting you in and out fast and with a check in your hand. Title loans get a bad reputation from certain borrowers but, if you work hard to pay them off early and never miss a payment, they can get you out of a jam for only a few hundred more then you originally borrow. This TitleMax store worked with me to see if I was gonna be a day or two late with my payment. They let me come in a day or two late, although I had to pay a little interest, but THAT was better. I had an accident, so working with them allowed me to get my medication and catch up on a couple of bills that I owed. My experience with TitleMax was a total success and I will tell friends to go with them.
