They claim they open at 10am, I have called the store & said, to wait. It's 10:10 & a 8 ppl are outside waiting. 1 lady is doing her hair while we wait outside. Do not recommend this place at all. Employees have been here since 935am. They opened at 10:12. At 10:22 they claim they can't verify check. I go to another speedy cash & no problem. They cash it. They upset because I banged on their door to open.

Alejandra helped me and she was great! She helped me apply and get my first loan from speedy cash, all while training another employee. She was very informative and friendly! 😊 great first experience

My experience going to Speedy Cash started with a search to find more ways to build my credit score. However, after Ms.Pearla (my customer service representative) informed my that a payday loan does not help to improve your credit score, i still just couldn't walk away; the customer service aspect was really there, and i felt like Ms. Pearla and all the other employees really cared. For example, there wasn't a single time when an existing or new consumer walked in whereas every employee failed to say, " Welcome to Speedy Cash!," in unity! I can't say that helped my situation in any way, but for most of us, we all want to be a part of something, so it did make my life a little better. I was so in awe by that small experience that i justified my reason for coming to Speedy Cash from knowing that this my not help my credit score, and said to myself,' this is the kind of branch and company i want to at least build some kind of relationship and trust with! so i followed through with the payday loan anyway, because i know in the end, when the banks are not there and all your friends have disappeared, i will have friends in higher places that will love to explain to my options and give to me their time. The lady's (SC associates)are very helpful and quick, but they are always closing ealier. Before scheduled time of closing. Rode the bus for a hour to get to Speedy Cash by 8pm. Got there at 7:45pm and they were closed already. WHATS GOING ON SP.

Daysy was awesome!! She displayed great customer service with a lot of patience!! I had to receive an email before my loan was approved and my phone wasn't working!!
