Edwin, Teresa, and Terrence helped save my day yesterday. I had the most awful day and they were patient with me and thorough on explaining how title loans work. They were my last chance at making my plan for my move happen, and they pulled through! And they also helped calm me down from my panic (was on the verge of a panic attack) and talked about theirs and my dogs. Great customer service.

Brittany and Terrence were incredible today!!! Made my wife and I feel welcome from the first minute we walked in the door! Terrence took all the time with us we needed to make sure we understood the title loan process! This is the ONLY place to ever go for a title loan!

Brittany was AMAZING!!! She was very friendly and informative. Terrance was also very helpful and informative. The process was easy and fun. I would definitely recommend EVERYONE to come see them!!!

Terrence was a good CSR. He broke everything down to layman's terms and made sure I understood it. They had beverages available. Their interest rate is lower than the allowable rate in Alabama. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will refer all of my friends in need.

Everyone there are so helpful. Jackie was great. Hope her husband realizes he has a gem of a women. She's a military wife and that's not easy. On a day that I felt so alone they lifted my spirits and reminded me there are still good people in this world. Terrence the GM came over again at end and went over the details. Which I'm glad. Very respectful young man. Any Mom would be proud of. I feel bad i can't remember the other gentleman's name but also very sweet and respectful. I was so nervous that they where so patient me. They deserve so many blessings. Sometimes people don't realize the impact they can have on another human being. That kindness you show another human being can have more of a positive impact on them than you think. It can be something positive or negative. Your choice. These fine people gave me more than a loan. They gave me kindness and respect. Something I needed way more than a loan. I hope yall get all the greatness this world has to offer.

The people in this office are professional, friendly, outgoing and willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you need. They are honest trustworthy wonderful people who do an amazing job. The store is always clean and in proper order. I love doing business with this group of people

I dealt with Terrence, superb customer service he even sat on floor and played with my 2yrs old son while we waited on the appraiser about my loan amount, I have never experience such wonderful and homely experience in my life. Loan process was easy and hassle free. Overall all the staff were friendly. That's what you call first class customer service I think this company needs to go out and train other companies how to deal with their customers.

Terrance was great. He explained everything to me and even helped my son with a math problem he was working on from his summer math camp. If you need money go see Terrance and if you need math help ask him he is really good at statistics.
