The employees at this TitleMax location in Tarrant were simply amazing. They make sure I was comfortable they made sure that I understood the entire process and procedure of the current title on that I was about to get into. They made me feel just like I was dealing with someone who I can trust. Montoya Arrington was out standing she is absolutely an amazing individual. Her customer service skills were immaculate. If ICould write this business 10 stars I would definitely do just that. I’m glad that I chose this TitleMax location.

I had the best experience with my representative Miranda at this office. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful even though she is working crazy hours and missing out on time with her family. I went into titleMax today and I really enjoyed them. They have the best customer service experience. Brittany (The store manager) is so wonderful. We sat there and had a very pleasant conversation as if we've known each other for awhile.
