The staff was AMAZING! . Very friendly, and polite. Mr Ivan greeted me with a smile and shock my hand even though he wasn’t the person taking care of me he still made time to come over to acknowledge me. My first experience with this store was with LaToya. I was having a bad day due to recently losing my sister to cancer. She was so kind and attentive and sensitive to my situation. She explained everything to me patiently, repeating things when necessary, understanding that I was having trouble concentrating, brought me a cold bottle of water and was genuinely concerned and kind and brightened my day. On my second visit Keara helped me. She and Latoya were two of the friendliest, most helpful people that I have dealt with in customer service. I will recommend Titlemax to any friends who need a title loan. Very happy with the experience.
