Easy Money Parkway, Birmingham

Went to cash an insurance check of which they charged me 10%...the process took 3 hours. Then they said they don't have enough cash, they could only pay 1500 in cash and the rest in money orders of which I could come back today and cash. Went in there today to cash a money order and they proceeded to tell me they don't have enough money to even cash a single thousand-dollar money order. Absolutely absurd ****UPDATE**** Just tried to cash one of the money orders at another institution and it got rejected because easy money has it locked into their system and they can't even cash the money order

They very unprofessional don’t say anything just take your money have you waiting 15 mins just for a money order. Never came back to the window and when she did it was rude dry and I could of went else where he more professional say can I give you a moment etc instead of counting down your register and not saying nothing

All I gotta say is there is some rude behind women in this building! Not worth waiting in line especially the black one with glasses! Worst Attitude I’ve ever seen! I wouldn’t be surprised if they fired her behind! Almost wanted to go through the window and show her how to respect people!!

Worst location ever. I used to come to this location a lot. It was convenient because it's near my house and has a drive-thru. However drive thru is never open anymore. Clerks attitudes are bad. Won't be back. And they are soooooo slow.

They are very slow, but I find their drive thru is much better because it’s faster and the lady who works the drive thru is always curteous. The price I pay for cashing checks is cheaper than anywhere else.

Doesn't deserve one star. I went in the drive thru waited 7 minutes plus while the person who works the drive thru stood there whole time. Finally she speaks Doesn't apologize for my wait then tells me I have to go inside because they do not take card in the drive thru. I Finally get inside the store she clearly sees me but asks the next customer if they need help instead when they walked in After me. It took a whole 35 minutes for me to get a 5$ money order. Go to Walmart go anywhere else but here

Extremely GHETTO. Somebody need to get cooperate here NOW! It’s one lady assisting walk-ins one on drive thru...a extra lady came in from what I’m guessing was lunch then proceed to the window eating “cheese puffs” while handling people’s paper work!? That mess is disgusting leaving Chetto dust everywhere and licking your fingers EW

I do not recommend you to come here if you are wanting to cash a check! I can’t believe I filled out paperwork for 10 min and waited 15 extra minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t cash my check because it was a hand written check! That’s what your business is for. On top of that there was no care for the waste of my time or any alternative options! I would not use this location to cash a check!!!

They're rude and slow AF!!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!! Waited 23 minutes for a money order after being trapped in the drive thru....

I am currently sitting in the drive thru with a migraine trying to buy a 500 money order but I was told that I will have to come inside I told her all I needed was a money order and then she stated that I will have to wait until they get the line down inside that is fine but you should include me in the line I have been sitting here since 3:32 it is now 3:51 and they are helping people that walked in after me.
