I came in today to pay my bill and I was greeted at the door by the General Manager Cindy who was just a breath of fresh air. She opened the door for me and asked me if I wanted a cold bottle of water which I took because it was very hot. She told me she was the new General Manager at this location. Such a friendly person, she made me feel welcome. This was the first time paying my bill was so enjoyable.

The General Manager, Victor Palumbo, assisted me when I called. He was incredibly cordial and specifically told me everything I needed to bring for the Title Loan. The time was quick and he was very efficient and followed all COVID-19 recommendations when we met (socially distanced with mask) and he helped me navigate the app and all the forms super easily. I am very impressed with his customer service, sense of urgency, and also his ability to navigate through various electronic systems and applications. I definitely recommend this location but I would call first so you get all the info you need.

Truly cares for their clients and very professional. Provide great service and really make every attempt to service you as a customer! Though I was new to all this, they provided me with enough information to where I grew comfortable.

Its my first experience coming in to do a title loan, though I've done similar with One Main Financial, which was a signature loan. This experience was awesome! Rosemary, the store manager, is very professional, clear, concise. She got me in and out quickly, and kept my expectations reasonable following my appraisal. I knew my approval was not guaranteed. Once approved, she directed me to the their bank Wells Fargo to cash the check fully. I found out i could print my documents out here conveniently. I will recommend others to this store.

Had a horrible experience with details missed on my title. 2 applications we're entered on my vehicle and 2 separate quotes. I waited in the office for 2 hours while my family was waiting in the car. He had to go out and take pictures of my vehicle twice. Although I was upset I stayed positive until he said he didn't notice my car had flood damage and was rebuilt. Which drops the value greatly. Had the employee informed me of it 2 hours prior I would have left no big deal. The part that is most concerning is that he kept saying he was the GM of the store. How could so much detail be missed? All the info was printed on my title clearly. Not to mention I am a repeat customer. Info was also in their files. Went to Hanover Park location and was happy to see a familiar face! Was helped with no missed details and appreciated the warm welcome.

I was at tittle max this morning and have nothing to say but good things about Victor. Very polite,honest and takes the extra mile to provide you with the best customer service. I would definitely recommend this place all thanks to Victor.
