Very kind and considerate employees. They helped me get through a rough patch and they were always very welcoming and polite when I visited the store. Edit: Here I am a year later looking for a little financial help and Laura and Isaac were able to quickly put a check in my hand to help me get through the next month. I spoke to general manager “Evita” and she helped me through a seamless process to receive my funds with a great payment plan. I received Great customer service from Evita! I just had the best experience at the TitleMax in Wood Dale! Evita, the general manager, was the absolute best along with Isaac. Evita was able to process my loan for what I was asking for. She is very knowledgeable and is going to be an asset at this new location.

It's my first time at Titlemax, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was educated so well on the process. They have no prepayment penalties which is fantastic. Evita the general manager is so knowledgeable. When you go in ask for her. You can tell she has been ding this for so long. They will take care of you.

I have been her twice and this is Senoncas second time taking care of me. She has great customer service and explains the entire process in detail. The young lady at this location I Believe her name is Senonca shes has wonderful customer service I was making my payment and I overheard her helping an Spanish Speaking customer she was very attentive the lady was so happy with the way she helped her she began to cry now that is beautiful customer service. I believe this type of behavior is needed in all businesses.
