Adam was very efficient and provided great customer service. I called prior to visiting and everything he spoke about was accurate. It was effortless and a very professional visit. I would definitely recommend this location to ANYONE! But make sure to ask for Adam!!

The general manager Adam Wight was super nice and helpful. He took care of our problem very professionally and quickly. Before visiting this branch, we had visited another branch which said it would not work out for us to receive a loan but Mr. Adam found a way for us to be able to recieve the loan. We are very thankful. Best team.

George and Adam were extremely helpful today. I had went to get a loan since I had to pay my other car pretty soon and had a couple of other bills and I had the bare minimum when it came to paperwork and they still worked with me. They were really quick with the process and made me feel like they were truly there to help me out which is extremely rare. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Through the process of my loan Adam explained me details step by step of the process of the loan let alone offering cold drinks making a customer feel welcome . Adam is the man!!! Definitely help me out ASAP. Didn’t even have to call and to make appointment. Was in and out in no time. Im a 1099 and when it comes to tax time I thought I would had to file an extension because of my lack of saving money for the year, but title max came in with the save. Thanks again guys.

Jason was extremely helpful. Despite running into technical difficulties out of his control, he kept assuring that i will walk out with cash in my hands. And that's exactly what happened. Also a big thanks to his boss and district manager for caring enough to help Jason out during technical difficulties. Jason was juggling many problems at once while having a full conversation with his customers. I see why this place was recommended to me.

First, let me start out by saying that I had some anxiety walking in to get a title loan. I didn't want to, I had to. And thankfully I came to the TitleMax in Glendale Heights. There are these 2 amazing guys in there, Victor and Adam, that were beyond helpful. They gave me great financial advice, were extremely informative, and didn't waste anytime getting me the loan I needed. They made me feel at ease, and I really needed that. Listen, we all need help sometimes, and you do what you have to do. If you need that loan, then these are the guys to go to. They made me laugh, they treated me with respect, and I highly suggest, if you need that loan, the Glendale Heights office is where you want to go.

It's a great place to go and get your cash quick and easy. And Adam Wight did a great job provide me all info. He's very friendly person.

Nice people to work with. But during the covid-19 pandemic lost my job and just would not let up on making a payment. If you don't have to use this service please don't the interest rate alone will kill you I strongly suggest going to a loan shark first

Showed up close to their closing time cuz i needed quick cash. The staff was professional and personable and made the process exceptionally easy. They even called me to follow up.... overall pretty good, except Adam "is not turtlely enough for the turtle club" because he's never seen master of disguise.

had to get some bills paid and money was a little tight so I called and spoke with Adam he explained the whole process in detail, went in the next day and Rebecca who was great helped us out with a title loan on my bike so I didn't have to sell it . She stayed late for us to help finish the loan that night ( mostly because I didn't bring all the paperwork I was sapposed to ) my fault completely but she still treated me with the utmost respect, and I walked out that night with check in hand payments to repay were much less than I expected and I get to keep my bike Thanks guys !!!!!!!!!!!
