From the first time I walked through the doors of Jewelry and Coin Mart in Schaumburg, I found something special. The warm and welcoming and zero pressure atmosphere immediately put us at ease, which is so very helpful when dealing with the value of items and possibly selling. Especially when you are possibly selling items of great sentimental importance. I have come back here time and time again and each time I am again delighted at the service I receive and amazed at their inventory. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they will find it. Stopped in to take a look at generic 1 oz silver rounds and coins. They had the best selection of any store I've visited in the area. Nice people. Will return to check out new inventory in the future.

Honest and fair pricing if you’re looking to buy or sell silver, gold, jewelry. The customer service was really nice and knowledgeable and met all that I was looking for. Best place to go for jewelry and coins and is better than any pawn shops in the area as well.

I had a great experience as a first time customer selling a ring. The price offered by the store was much higher than a nearby competitor in Schaumburg. The service was quick and professional. I felt I was treated fairly. I would not hesitate to return to the store in the future.

Jewelry Mart is my favorite jewelry store to do business with! I have bought and sold many jewelry pieces with them. The owner is fair and honest. She always has the customer’s best interest at heart. It is a pleasure doing business with them. They always have new merchandise in their store and unique items on their website. My first time in this store and I cannot say enough about it! A wide variety of jewelry styles, both new and estate sale jewelry items to shop! You can also bring in your pieces to sell and get paid cash. They do jewelry repairs as well. Very friendly. Stop in.

Hello my name is Christian I worked with one of your employees as the owner was too busy to pay attention to the objects I brought into the store. Perhaps if you were to pay attention to your customers after I brought in my great grandparents jewelry I think that I would deserve more respect. I brought in 7 objects you said “the karats that I brought in were not acceptable” yet when my girlfriend brought them in you were more then welcome to take them as long as she gave you a 5 star good review for your store which she wrote but you added to on her own phone. I have been here several times and have received excellent customer service. The ladies are experts in analyzing gold jewelry and quickly give good pricing and cash! Lots of unique and interesting items in the store too. I'll be back!

I brought in some gold jewelry that I no longer wore. The staff were very pleasant to work with and gave me cash on the spot. I would recommend selling jewelry here. They also have a beautiful collection of jewelry and collectibles for sale in their store.

I needed a ring appraised on short notice for insurance purposes. I spoke with Mary and took my ring in. They even let me come in earlier than my appointment at noon. She got the work done and informed me it would take a day to complete writing the paperwork up. She had it completed everything within a few hours and I was on my way. They even provided me with some helpful tips on insuring jewelry and different companies and their services. Would definitely recommend their services. Professional, clean, and very friendly staff!

The women here are extremely knowledgeable so helpful! I was able to find a wedding band that matches my circa 1950s ring and I love it so much! They really took the time to get to know me and answer any questions I may have had! I was able to get my ring sized and cleaned without a problem! The owner is very rude. I went there the first time and got a really good deal from the guy that works there and that’s why I went back but the last 2 times the owner was very rude complaining that her rent is 5k and basically no more deals. No more business from me then. So shoppers beware. Because she wants to show me a coin on eBay selling for $179 but when I looked them up other prices was $25 to $40 for the coin. This place was new to me and I was going to be a weekly customer and the lady ruin a very good business relationship with me so to the guy that works there good for you. You are a good business man and to the owner thanks for nothing

Went in to have purchase a ring guard for my engagement ring, ended up getting an appraisal too. The appraisal has photos of my ring, making it easier to identify and submit to get insured. Thank you so much !
