    SO FAR, 5-Stars.. We should all understand the supply and demand environment around both the new vehicle and used [trade] market at this moment in time. That being said I initially worked with Dorothy V. online with my initial inquiry and then she handed me off to Manny D. for an appointment to review both sides of the transaction [new/trade] at the showroom. Manny was well organized, knowledgeable and obviously well briefed by Dorothy. He was a huge reason why I closed the deal this day, Dorothy was a key driver on why I came into the dealership to begin with. I had been to other Hyundai dealerships as well as competing brands starting in Sept '22 and for varying reasons did not close a sale in any of them to this point. I've done many deals over the years and this was very pleasant so far. We were able to to put a deal together fairly quickly on a new 2022 Kona N Line that is currently in transit; about a month out. I am confident that the final steps will work out well, I will post more information as it develops! 04/29/22 UPDATE: Car arrived two weeks early and the final part of the transaction went very well. Manny was point-man and then Michael in the business office got me to the finish line. FIVE STARS START TO FINISH!

    BUYER BEWARE!! I have purchased 2 new cars from Patrick within the past 3 years. Yesterday (7/11), I went in to trade my 2022 Sonata NLine and purchase a 2022 Sonata Limited. Unfortunately, their trade in offer was extremely low ($31,000) and they had mandatory add-ons listed in the price of the new car - I didnt think anything of it, seeing as these same mandatory add-ons were on my NLine I purchased two months prior. The numbers wouldn't work out, so I went to a number of other dealerships. In doing so, I realized the questionable practices and "mandatory" add-ons that Patrick makes customers pay for when purchasing a new car. First car from them in 2019, they forced us to purchase the tire and wheel package, trim, and window etching and said that was mandatory and part of the deal to get the pricing. This time they made us again purchase key replacement, trim protection, and window etching. These are just additional predatory tactics to increase their bottom line and essentially wipe out any dealer incentives (first responder and/or veteran discount). We mistakenly purchased 2 new cars from Patrick in the past 3 years and thankfully they helped make the decision for us on our 3rd. We won't be back to purchase any more cars from Patrick seeing how they treat Veterans and loyal customers. I highly recommend exploring other Hyundai dealerships before making your purchase. I was victim to not knowing there was something better out there because I appreciated the convinience of proximity. Let me tell you, it is worth exploring your options. The other dealership was absolutely fantastic! The other dealership gave me a reasonable amount on my trade ($34,000) and I managed to walk out of their finance department with a brand new Sonata Limited (see attached photos) with NO add-ons. The trip to the alternate Hyundai dealership saved me in excess of $6,000 compared to Patrick. That is how it is supposed to work!!! Seriously, don't buy your new car from Patrick.

    I noticed that my negative review i posted yesterday got deleted, so I’ll be posting it again 😁😁😁 I would gladly give Patrick Hyundai zero stars if Google allowed it. I took my vehicle for an oil change and for new tires. I had booked my appointment at least a week in advance and the technicians who worked on my car had me wait four hours because they claimed that they ordered the wrong tires. I’m certain these technicians purposely did this to me out of despite. I complained to the management and they ignored me. The employees who work here are very unprofessional, rude, and vindictive towards customers they don’t like (cancel culture). Also, the manager stated that they are low staffed yet you see the employees glued on their cellphones. Also, I received a voice mail from Giovanna reminding me that my car is soon due for an oil change. When I tried to call her back twice, Giovanna never answered the phone. She probably was having her two hour lunch break or was too busy Facebooking and purposely ignored my calls. I noticed that other negative reviews (including mine) against Patrick Hyundai that were posted by other customers have also been deleted. I’m going to conclude that this dealership is trying to hide the poor performance and horrible customer service of their employees. I will never bring my car to Patrick Hyundai for service! I no longer trust Patrick Hyundai! I waited four hours because the technicians purposely ordered the wrong tires!

    Patrick Hyundai is by far the best dealer I have ever been to. Corey was an outstanding salesman! Although we were in desperate need of a car, he never made us feel pressured to buy just so he can sell a car. He was very open and transparent about everything. He answered all of our questions truthfully and as best as he could. He was patient and worked with us and even gave us the time we needed to make a decision. It was obvious that he cared about his customers. Brandon in finance was also awesome! Usually I spend at least an hour with the finance guy in previous experiences in buying cars. Brandon had us out within 40 mins! He also took the time to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. Corey and Brandon were a great team and I will definitely be back to see them for my next purchase! Thank you!

    I would gladly rate Patrick Hyundai with zero stars if Google allowed it. I brought my car to this dealership for an oil change and new tires. I had scheduled my appointment at least a week in advance. The mechanics had me wait four hours while my car was being serviced because they stated that they ordered the wrong tires. The mechanics were very rude and unprofessional. They obviously lied about ordering the wrong tires and had me wait four hours on purpose. Also, their supervisor did absolutely nothing and allowed these mechanics to do whatever they wanted. I wanted to upload photos of my receipts and appointment schedule as proof to show what these mechanics had done to me during my service appointment. Also, Giovanna called me today and left me a voice message stating that I’m due for an oil change but when I tried calling her back twice, she never answered the phone. I’ve read other negative reviews about Patrick Hyundai and I will agree with everything these reviewers posted. After this terrible experience, I no longer trust Patrick Hyundai auto services and needless to say I will never bring my car to this dealership for services. Patrick Hyundai customer service is terrible and they claim that they’re short staffed but strangely enough you notice that majority of Patrick Hyundai staff members are too busy playing on their cellphones.

    Pretty good! I had an amazing experience with Chris Lopez and this time it took only one hour, as opposed to last time (2hours). I think the reason why it was so long was because of other inspections... The lady at the front desk was super nice too. Overall, better than last time but still needs improvement time wise. Everything else was perfect.

    I took my Ioniq in for a 30,000 mile check up scheduled at 9 am. When I spoke to Gus I was told that before any work was done on my car I would be informed. I was also given a printed paper with all of their packages and prices on it. After receiving this paper I never discussed wanting any of the packages that were shown. I received my check up results at around 11:15am with their recommendations. The recommendations were getting 2 new tires, an alignment, and a 30,000 mile package. Gus discussed needing new tires with me, which I declined, but did not bring up the 30,000 mile package. I never verbally stated that I wanted the 30,000 mile package done for my car and it was never verbally discussed that they planned on doing the package work on my car . At no point was the price verbally discussed with me about how much the visit would cost me before work was done either. When I went to the cashier at around 11:47 I was told that the price would be $695 for the service provided. I then discussed with Gus inquiring about when I approved for the package to be done, which he replied with “That's what you said you came in for. It must have been a miscommunication and next time you come in just tell us what you are in for.” What the appointment was for should have notified them that this was for a check up, not for the package deal. When I created the appointment I told them that the appointment would be for a 30,000 mile checkup. I am highly disappointed as the dealership did work on my car without asking me first as there is no way that the technician would have been able to do all the work in the package within the roughly 45 minute window between me getting the check up results and me going to the cashier. This “miscommunication” cost me an extra $300 over what was budgeted and going back on their word about not doing any service without consulting me first has lost them a customer. I was able to speak with the service manager after the matter and was refunded $150 but the service manager pretty much states that their check ups imply that you are asking for the mileage package of the check up. I don’t believe that this is a good practice and they should confirm what is being done and the price point expected during the car drop off. I hope this review helps others on their decision making and saves them an unexpected expense.

    Review is only about non-customer experience: Haven't bought a car yet. But just visited for a friend and the experience is very smooth, they're open and honest with their approach. We get to test drive without booking an appointment and that too within 10 mins of talking never had this fast response before. Also they took more than an hour to answer all of questions patiently which helped us to clarify our doubts. Wanted to show my appreciation for Corey who helped us with all these :)

    I went to Patrick Hyundai because I had a bad experience at another Hyundai dealer's service department. I do not have any major concerns with Patrick's service department other than a couple minor issues. My first issue is with the fact that allegedly after-market parts were used by another Hyundai dealer without my knowledge. I am glad Patrick advised me of this sometimes used procedure. What concerned/confused me is that the mechanic believes my rear brakes are after-market. I advised my service advisor that the car has not had ANY brake work done on it since it was purchased. When I told him that the advisor was stumped and provided no further explanation or reasoning. The second issue I have is with the cashier and checking out procedure. The cashier seemed very overwhelmed and she acted very unprofessionally. There were several people ahead of me who had nasty interactions with her. The main one was a gentleman got an oil change, was trying to get the keys for his vehicle and was told to go to the cashier for them. She did not have them and did not know where they were so she told him to go find someone in service and ask them. Also, the whole process seemed very disorganized. She was ecstatic when she was able to find my keys which were NOT attached to the paperwork. This type of experience raises doubts in my mind whether or not I should go back to that dealership for service.

    Purchased a Certified Preowned Hyundai Veloster N from Josh about 2 months ago. Great experience, guy was very nice and calm not your definition salesman. Very transparent. Finance manager forgot his name but would go back just for those two. Only complaint I would have is the car didn't come with the lug nut tool for the Aftermarket lug nuts that are on the car, so hoping I don't have a flat tire before I find one that matches. Other than that, car was well taken care of, they had any and all information I wanted, and it was painless, even for a busy Saturday.

    Shoutout to Patrick Hyundai. My sales rep Guido was very helpful in getting me the EXACT vehicle with the trim that I was looking for. I was in contact with him since March 2022 and the car did not arrive until April 25th, 2022. We were in constant contact and any questions I had (regarding car trim, financing, APR, etc.) he answered them to the best of his ability. I was very satisfied with the entire process. He exemplified great communication and I am confident that if I have any other questions, he will be there to answer those questions.

    Took my wife's car here for an oil change and an inspection. We were never called that the car was ready. We came 30 mins before close because we were worried she wouldn't have a vehicle for work the next day and lo and behold, it was ready to be picked up. We confirmed they had the right number. They just neglected to inform us that the car was ready to be picked up. I asked about the inspection and was told the cashier would have it. We go to the cashier and on the inspection it says we deferred a new serpentine belt and an air filter change. We were never consulted. When I brought the inspection back to the service department to ask about the "failed" items that were "deferred" by not us, I was told that they should have gone over it with us. But I guess we were the exception. Suffice to say this was a pretty disappointing service experience.

    Recently purchased my car through Jack at Patrick Hyundai. Jack and whole staff were amazing! It was my first car so I was very nervous and confused about the whole process in the beginning but Jack walked me through and tried his best to get my new car ASAP as he knew I was in urgent need for the car.     I bought a new 2022 Sonata on 02-05-2022. The vehicle has been in and out of the shop with mechanical issues since 03/10. I contacted consumer affairs who will not speak to me because I mentioned seeking legal advice. (Which I feel is my right) I made it very clear that I DO NOT have an attorney at the moment over the phone and via email but they still refuse to speak with me. The service manager does nothing but lie and general manager just gives the run around. I also noticed this morning that there is damage to the back of my car that I did not do? I have barely even had the car in my possession since beginning of April. Please let me know who can assist me with this matter.

    Terrible customer service and highly over charging for maintenance. Paid to had a checking English light diagnosed and had the car repaired. One week later check engine light came back on and I was charged for another diagnosis. $170 to find what the problem is, is a rip off. Then they overcharge for any service. I’ll never come back and if I could give negative stars I would!

    Hopefully 3rd trip to service department will solve my issue. Ist trip...tried one idea.. .it did not work. Visit 2...determined what issue is, but not enough time to work on it...so had to schedule visit #3. Was always kept informed on any work.being on, happy for that.     Happy we chose Patrick Hyundai! My fiancé and I were buying the first new car either of us have ever owned. We were anxious - or I was. Due diligence was performed and we narrowed things down to two dealerships. This was a big deal to us and a long term relationship was on the line. (Not ours. LOL) I won’t be able to put into words exactly why Patrick won out. It was an overall feeling. We’ve learned there are multiple people to deal with in a purchase. Starting with the “greeter” who answered the feeler sent out. Ketyra answered all questions and pointed us to the next step. Maz. He was our salesperson. And let me tell you, he was aMAZing! We came in at our appointment time. He was friendly and professional. He got the car ready for our test drive. Patiently explained features we’d need. Chuckled with us as we discussed direction and advised if we make all rights we’d end up back at the dealer. Once back with him he went over some options with us and totally understood our wanting to mull it over. No pressure. One more question the next morning which he promptly answered and that’s it. We set the time to sign the papers. My fiancé got there first to get the ball rolling since I was at work. I got there later and the “feeling” continued. Maz was with another customer but I was greeted by others and felt at home. After a snafu that got corrected quickly, we worked with Fernando for our financing. Of course that’s the most torturous part. LOL. Yet he made the process go by quickly and neither of us felt pressured into “extras”. I know this is a long review and if you’ve read this far, thank you. I am literally writing this only two days post purchase. I read the reviews for here and the other dealer when we were deciding between the two. I know that any business will have 5 star and 1 star. I am not disappointed and I will update when we go in for our first maintenance.

    Very bad experience I had with the team. Called them in morning to understand if I can trade-off my leased vehicle for a Hyundai vehicle, the lady over the phone said that you will need to buy the car and then the trade-off can happen fair enough and then she said you can to our show room and we will help you in buying out the lease vehicle and then we can go from their as I was sure to buy Hyundai vehicle and what trip from these guys. Took an appointment and got a message that a VIP manager will work with you. Went their 45 mins of drive from my home and first snowfall of the season but the sales guy straight forward said we cannot help in buying the lease vehicle and the Hyundai model I was interested in is not in stock and will be available in Feb 2022 this is after the lady clearly told me over phone they have some 2021 models available and 2022 models are in transition. He was not at all interested to even show the models or discuss anything. I guess his targets for 2021 and 2022 were completed so he was fine and if that was the so called VIP manager then I feel sorry for the management team to come up with such service and name it VIP.

    Had a great experience at Patrick Hyundai. Our salesman Dave was knowledgeable and patient with us picking out a car. With the exception of having to wait a week for delivery, which was not their fault, once the car came in, everything was great. The finance team was fast and efficient and we drove away in our new Tucson in less than two hours. Would so recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

    Absolutely do not finance with Patrick Hyundai or buy an extended warranty. My experience buying an actual car with the salesman Jack Kim was great. He was fantastic and we would buy a new car from him again any time. However, I will never return to this dealership or work with their finance team again. My new car was totaled from debris falling from a truck less than a month from when I purchased. Due to the car being totaled, I submitted the paper work for the warranty refund on June 22nd. I communicated with Katie and Nina and constantly receive the run around or no response whatsoever. Every phone call is, I'll look into that hon/sweetheart/patronizing label. They told me they sent the payment to Hyundai Motor Finance, I contact HMF and the payment was never sent there. Every time I call they need to "look into it." Ridiculous. Next step is a lawyer, and not because of the money. I'm willing to spend more than the warranty at this point because of the principle alone. Will never do business with this dealership again.

    The folks at Patrick Hyundai made this one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. I emailed and negotiated the price beforehand. Before I even went to the dealership I knew what the cost of the vehicle was as well as the out-the-door price. Which included taxes and fees. The salesperson, Ron, was very easy-going and low-pressure. He answered questions and made it an easy process. The women in the office made the paperwork a breeze, went over products they offered but were very low pressure. I would recommend Patrick Hyundai to anyone looking for a Hyundai or any new car in general.

    Was sold a maintenance package with my vehicle that was not honored by hyundai due to a glitch in the system when the contract was entered at point of purchase. Went into the dealership and was told there would be a follow up from their finance manager Katie. Went back and forth on email and was told I would be reimbursed for the plan. It has been three months now and no one returns my correspondence.

    Always great service. Keep up the great job Update- I recently received a letter letting me know that I have overdue service. All I need is an oil change, it's a shame that I need an appointment for an oil change. Due to my work schedule I don't have the luxury of setting up an appointment for an oil change, which sometimes has to be a few weeks in advance. When I purchased my car a few years ago, I was told for oil changes I don't need an appointment and I can come in at any time. Well that is not accurate and I have called their service department multiple times to see if they can take it in and I am always told I need an appointment. I get it if this was a bigger job, but for an oil change, oh well I have been going to the local oil change place near me. I guess the coupon book for oil changes is worthless.

    If you're looking to purchase or lease a car and want to go to a trusted dealership with good customer service, you must come to Patrick Hyundai. Everyone at Patrick Hyundai was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The great thing about Patrick Hyundai is that once you purchase a car and wait for it to be shipped you will be given phone calls about major updates on your cars progress and shipment. After being misled by a few dealerships, I was so happy to have gotten phone calls from Corey Paller regarding my cars updates and statuses.     My brand new Sonata was abused by the service technician, caught on dashcam. He floored the gas pedal in the parking lot shortly after I dropped it off, causing the tires to spin/hop violently and service papers to fly off the dashboard. He then made comments about the odor of the interior (vehicle has 5000 miles on it?). A second technician drove my vehicle and made derogatory statements towards a female customer, also caught on camera. If you don't want your brand new vehicle to be abused during a standard service, I would avoid this establishment. I made a formal complaint to Hyundai corporate as well as submitted a survey to Patrick Hyundai stating I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit. I have yet to receive any replies.

    I am definitely not the easiest customer to deal with... but let me just say that David Gruszeczka did an exceptional job at making me satisfied with my vehicle choice. He was very professional, yet personable. Even after the deal has been done and over with, he has gotten back to me in a very reasonable time frame to answer any questions I’ve had. The dealership experience overall was mediocre, nothing to complain about except the extremely lengthy time we sat waiting for the vehicle’s temp plate to be put on and to sign final paperwork.

    This is my second vehicle that has been purchased by my household from this dealership, my first personal purchase. As a repeat customer I elected to look here first after having such a positive experience in the past. The salesman was very friendly and helped me gather research during my initial search process. They all seem genuinely interested in helping you find a car and deal that is right for you; which was especially helpful as a first time buyer. The paperwork that I and my parents were asked to sign had many errors in it, many of which the dealership already knew about. We then asked for the plates of our trade-in vehicle once the title was transferred only to be told they were most likely already destroyed if I did not receive them the day of purchase, even after trying to transfer the plates before purchasing. I checked around the lot to see if my previous vehicle was in a lot in back, since they had yet to receive the title. After searching the lot I found THE VEHICLE WAS ON SALE EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TITLE. Overall, I would exercise caution if you are looking to shop here. The salesmen appear more concerned about letting you know about their review/survey process and how "anything less than a ten is failing" than doing their best to earn the ten rating. Patrick has undergone many changes since the last time I shopped with them. It feels that while their lot space and inventory has increased their customer relations has decreased. UPDATE 2022: Learned recently from another Hyundai dealership that my warranty information was under the wrong name. I knew of this error upon receiving a piece of mail with the wrong name shortly after my purchase and called the dealership to have it changed. Before ending the call, I was assured it was taken care of. Fast forward six years and the vehicle needs warranty work but it cannot be done unless I pay out of pocket for it. The system still shows the incorrect name even though the title name is correct, making it seem as though I am not the original owner of the vehicle. Corporate and the new dealer I now work with have been extremely helpful and have been advising me on the proper channels to contact and documents to gather in order to change this though it will take some time. The current staff here are also assisting me to making this right. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated to have learned of another error from my first car buying experience which is why I have changed my review from 3* to 1*. Please see this update as a continuation from my initial review from 6 years ago and not a new one. Perhaps things are different now.

    I was at the dealership from 5pm until 10pm. I couldn't believe it took 5 hours for the deal. The finance department was finally ready for me around 9pm. I am also pregnant, so going into finance I just wanted to sign what I needed to sign and go. My husband was with me at the beginning, but I had him go home around 8pm, since it was taking so long. The finance manager Fernando is really nice, but I seriously wanted to rip my hair out when I was in his office. For over 30 minutes he kept badgering me to get the extended warranty. I said no probably about 10 times and he wouldn't stop. He just kept giving me different numbers and saying the favorite finance manager saying "I'm pretty much giving you the warranty." He finally gave up around 9:40pm. I got home EXHAUSTED. Looking back, I wish I just told him the deal was off and just left. Why do they have to be so pushy? I feel like because I was alone and my husband wasn't with me, he tried to take advantage of the sale. I'm sure if my husband was with me he wouldn't have been so pushy... he even kept saying "just sign for it and don't tell your husband" like what?? are you serious. My husband and I also purchased a 2021 Camaro at a different dealership (Dekalb Sycamore Chevrolet) back in November, and they were SO quick and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. We were only there for an hour and a half. They asked if we wanted extended warranty, we said no ONE TIME, and they said not a problem. They did not bring it up again! Patrick Hyundai needs to learn from them. I am giving 2 stars, because I think the price I got for my 2019 Santa Fe was fair.

He answered every single question I had and was extremely patient, personable and went above and beyond in every way imaginable.     Test Drive Experience - Very good Car buying experience and car price - 1. Don't expect they will honor TrueCar price if you want to trade in your old car. I had to pay more than $700 than the car price mentioned on TrueCar Website. 2. Be ready to buy a worthless mandatory package (which will bump your car price by another $1499) if you want to buy car from this dealership. This information is not mentioned on their website. 3. Be ready to drive on Thursday morning (10 AM to 11 AM) to get missing item (part of mandatory package) installed if they are not installed in your car at the time of delivery. Surprisingly no other time works for them which is quite frustrating. Time for car buy process - Plan for a whole day as it took more than 5 hours to finish all paperwork and get new car out of the dealership. I had to cancel my dinner plans due to this delay. Note : Don't forget any of your personal item in your old car as you will never get it back. I missed my I-PASS in old car and when I called the dealership next day; I was not at all entertained and they lost my I-PASS. Once you buy the car they will just forget about you so don't expect too much.

    I hate going to the dealer. I equate it to slightly above visiting the dentist. It is typically an unpleasant experience with questionable sales tactics and long wait times. And though I came in with a prepared quote already in hand, Dorothy (internet sales), Dawid (sales rep) and Katie (finance) made sure that my overall experience was top notch from start to finish. Test drove the car, filled out the paperwork and though there was an additional sales pitch for long term warranties (not unexpected if you've ever purchased a new vehicle), it was low pressure, with Katie doing a great job explaining the additional costs and benefits. Overall, my time at this busy, family owned dealership was a positive one and I would definitely recommend visiting them for your vehicle purchasing needs.

    Let me start out by saying "no I was not paid or compensated for this review" though it may sound like it by the time I'm done. To make a long story short, I purchased a certified vehicle from Patrick Hyundai but over a few months of ownership, it was apparent that there were a few issues that shouldn't be there with a certified vehicle. These were the type of problems that are pretty well concealed and I am quite confident that Patrick Hyundai acted in good faith not knowing any issues existed with the car. You can imagine that I was not pleased and was ready to unload on my salesman and anybody else that would listen. Well, they did listen! I was told that their job was to make sure that I was happy with Patrick Hyundai and my purchase. So I skeptically and reluctantly challenged them to go ahead and take care of the problems. After about 10 days I was called to pick up my car and I was blown away! They not only took care of the problems that I pointed out but also took care of other issues that they found! They went far beyond my expectations of what I thought they would do for me. When I was leaving with my car it was important to them to know that they did well. I assured them I was a very happy client! As I tell my clients in the business that I'm in, don't judge me by the problems we encounter, judge me on how we take care of them. I have all the confidence in the world that Patrick Hyundai had my best interest at the forefront and I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a car from them. For me, they don't fit the mold of the typical car dealership...they actually care!

    After test driving SUVs at different dealerships, and being met with the “typical” hard sell at these other places, I was thrilled to find that Patrick Hyundai was not like the rest. I had read many positive reviews online for the dealership, and Manny, and my experience mirrored others’ experiences. They were friendly, upfront about costs and fees, and didn’t use hard sell tactics or games. The whole process was a breeze, and I would definitely go back there again if I needed a new car.

    Just wanted to mention this business. Overall outstanding. My wife and I needed a new car for a second baby on the way, and this dealership made it happen. Manny helped us find a new 21' Palisade, and after some honest discussion, Scott helped us finish the deal. If you want a car with minimum hassle I strongly reccomend this dealership.     Friendly staff but wait times are long. Was told one hour for oil change. I waited over two hours and they still did not even get to washing my car. I even asked at One hour and 15 minutes how much time was left and they told me 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes longer. I left without the car wash.

    I recently visit Patrick Hyundai and purchased a 2018 Santa Fe Sport. I scheduled an appointment to test drive two cars, but upon arrival, the 2019 was no longer available, which was disappointing. Guido was my salesman and he went back to his system to see if they had any other options similar to the 2019 to test drive. He was able to find one and being able to compare it to the 2018 really did help solidify the right vehicle for me. Prior to arriving on the lot, I had done a TON of research about the right questions to ask and how to understand all the paperwork they'd put in front of me. While the process was quite long (there was a lot of down time waiting, but I hear that's pretty normal), I felt like Guido and the finance manager, Jorgina, did a great job of answering all of my questions. I felt like they took the time I needed to process and understand the paperwork and options, and didn't pressure me into something I didn't really want or need. I am still waiting to hear back from Guido on the status of my all weather mats that were part of my purchase, but otherwise I am VERY happy with my car buying purchase at Patrick Hyundai.

    Original review 2019: It is difficult to get an appointment on Saturdays and they are expensive for service. However, they do a good job and do it right. They are also very friendly. They have a large, comfortable waiting area with coffee. They are really busy, even during the week, so an appointment is suggested. Update 12/16/21 It is extremely hard to get an appointment. I was told it is appointment only, no walk ins. I called for an oil change, and the soonest appointment was 12/28. Online, it shows the soonest appointment is well into January. I bought my car here for a very good price in 2018 and they gave me a coupon book for oil changes. I am disappointed that because of my schedule, I will be going to a different Hyundai dealership for service. The other dealership was able to schedule me for 12/18.

    Horrible buying experience ever!! Don’t buy from…they false advertise their prices!! Spent entire day trying to get financing approvals from my own credit union and asking questions to dealership with limited responses…and when ready to close the deal I’m told the price is different essentially because I’m from out of state! Zero customer service with these guys! The best thing about this experience is it helped me be buyer beware for my next experience. I know now what questions to ask right up front!     After having a horrible experience at a different dealership, I was feeling pretty hopeless. Tom S. treated me with respect and like a human being. As a woman car shopping can be an incredibly nerve wracking and uncomfortable experience but I never felt that way once with Tom.     We had an overall good experience with this dealership. Only had a little confusion between having an appt & someone walking in and we both wanted the same car. Luckily the manager overheard me getting upset & quickly stepped in & explained to the specific sales person that I had 1st shot. 7 days after buying the car the windows wouldn't roll up from the drivers side, we didn't have an extended warranty but I called the dealership & Philip Merza told me to bring it in. They fixed it for me & I was in & out in 40 min. We will be coming back here next spring or summer to buy another car to replace my husband's car.

    Worse experience ever. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for oil change and recall service for TUCSON ABS KIT INSTALLATION for my Tucson 2017 including shuttle service. Once I arrived the representative told me that the recall service cannot be done because they ran out of the part!! I was disappointed but still wanted to do the oil change. The representative went in with paperwork and come back and say that they can't provide shuttle service because the designated car went out to pickup some parts won't be back in next 35 to 45 minutes!! The representative told me oil change takes about 35 to 40 minutes. I had no choice but do the oil change and wait. The representative was sorry and told me they will work on my car right away and if I want car wash, which I denied. After all this it's took them 55 minutes to complete only the oil change. First of all, what kind of people run a business not know the inventory?? Don't they have system to check out how appointment they have verses the inventory?? Secondly, when you have an arrangements for shuttle service on specific time how can you send vehicle to pickup some parts?? Finally, they don't have respect for their costumers. If you can't keep a promise why make one?

    We are so VERY IMPRESSED with this dealership! We just bought a Palisade on Friday and we love it. Even better was the great experience in buying our car. Scott June was so warm and welcoming when we arrived and our salesperson Manny Diaz were great from start to finish in making our purchase a pleasurable one. We looked at four different versions of the Palisade with varying features. Manny was so patient and well-informed in highlighting the features that matched exactly what we wanted. Even better, we felt we were treated fairly and with respect. We never felt pressured. We also liked Will and Jeff who helped us choose the car protection and extended warranty to match our needs.     Had to revise my review, as I had some issues after purchasing and they have not been taken care of. I did have a response, but no resolution. The buying process may be easy, but the after-care is lacking. Purchased a used car from James. Ziggy and John were also involved in the process. They negotiated with me and took the time to explain most of the forms I was signing. James was respectful and personable. Come prepared and it will help the process! Good service overall.

    My 2020 Tucson already has a recall on ABS, which is very dangerous to start with. I schedule the service ASAP for the following week. A day before the appointment they call me and tell me they can’t do the service because their system is down so I have to reschedule. I reschedule for later in the week. At 4:15 PM the day before the appointment, they call again and tell me the same story, that their system is down and they can’t do my appointment and I need to reschedule. I have already taken a day off work to get the car serviced, so now I will lose a day’s pay because their system is down and they don’t bother rescheduling till 4:15 PM the day before the appointment. I asked for a loaner, so I can drop off the car and they can do the service when their system comes back up, but they said no. Horrible service. Chances are I will never take my car for service there ever again and most likely will not ever buy another Hyundai.

    We were about to go on vacation when our new 2020 Hyundai Palisade started to run really rough. The dealer that was close to us was not the one we had purchased the car from. We thought all Hyundai dealerships would be the same. When we brought the car in for repair, they told us that they could not get to the car that day and that they didn't have a loaner car for us to use nor did he have one for the next day. On the second day we were worried that we wouldn't have our new car to go on vacation. That's when I contacted Patrick Hyundai where we had purchased our car. It is a long drive (45 min) over to Schaumburg. They immediately told us that they could help us and give us a loaner car to use on our vacation. They then arrange to have a flatbed truck go to the dealership close to us and get our car and deliver it to their service dept. They did not charge us for anything. The only thing we were responsible for was the gas we used in the loaner vehicle. Between our salesperson, Ron and John, one of the managers, they made sure we were happy. We had a great vacation with the loaner vehicle. We were very pleased that the service department followed up with us to let us know what was wrong with our vehicle. We were able to pick it up after our vacation. What great service. Patrick Hyundai goes the extra mile for their customers. I have no problem recommending them with a 5 star rating.

    Dont shop any other dealership in the area if you are looking to purchase a new or used Hyundai. I searched the whole Midwest trying to order the right car for my dad and these guys here came through when everyone else gave me a run around. The market is crazy right now but this establishment is here to sell and move cars while keeping there costumers happy. There was no B.S. I simply went in and told them what I wanted and they were able to make it happen. David Polcik was my client advisor. Helped out every step of the way from order to delivery.     This establishment was more than exceptional. The professionalism was unmatched. Manny my salesman, is the cream of the crop! All of the employees were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Even the manager went out of his way to introduce himself to me, and thank me for my business, and purchasing a vehicle that day. As far as the vehicle and transaction itself, everything went smooth. I originally inquired about the vehicle which was a 2018 Hyundai Tucson through cargurus. Which lead me to this dealership, everything from there was pretty much emailing back and forth. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of free time outside of my working hours, and the representatives at Patrick Hyundai were very understanding of that. The ran my information, determined I was indeed eligible for a purchase at their establishment, and presented me with a deal, all over email. Once I arrived, I met Manny in person. We went through some business formalities, he showed me the vehicle I inquired about, we test drove it, and from there it was all paperwork. I was in and out of there within about 2 and a half hours. Pretty much the only hold up, was the insurance part. Which in turn, was not there fault at all. It was expected my phone experience with my insurance would be lagging in efficiency, considering it was the weekend.     Came for an oil change - took 11 min autos for me to be acknowledged by Gus, whilst Chris hid behind his monitor playing on his phone. Roughly 50-60% of employees not wearing masks, and 2 employees that chose not to wash their hand after using the bathroom. Seems the management don’t prioritize hygiene, safety or work ethic. Hugely disappointing as prior experiences here have been okay, will be avoiding in the future!

I have been able to build a trusting relationship with the staff at this facility and I am grateful that they go out of their way to provide the best service.     In order to get an oil change you need to make an appointment at a specific time. I went to my appointment and made it on time. When I arrived, I was told that it would be an hour wait to get my oil changed. I agreed and started to wait. It came out to be over two hours when the service consultant told me the car was ready and I just had to wait to get my keys. Waiting for the damn keys took 15 minutes. This is how you treat a client? I feel cheated out of my time. This is terrible service and would never come here again.

    Manny made buying my vehicle easy. He didn’t treat me like most car salesmen do, which in turn made me buy a vehicle from him. Most salesmen treat you like garbage and act as though you’re buying a car from them so you NEED them. Not Manny, he treated me as though I could have gone anywhere else but considering he had my time he gave me all of his attention and focused on making me happy with my sale. I did, I did go to a lot of dealerships, but because of Manny and how he treated me right out the gate, I drove from out of state to pick up my vehicle. This dude earned his wall of trophies, and clearly will continue to. So to Patrick Hyundai, I say give him a raise on top of that employee of the month because trust me… From a business standpoint, you’re going to want to keep him around forever.

They took my 2019 Santa Fe and fixed it under warranty coverage, where the dealership (Hyundai Gurnee) that I actually bought the car from said my warranty won’t cover it 😳 So glad I came to you guys.     For a shortage of cars, all their employees are sitting on their computers. Playing solitaire. I walked in the store looked around. Not one person came up to me to ask me if I needed help. Needless to say, great job over there at Hyundai. Went to Napleton Hyundai and bought our Genesis G80. The people there are phenomenal. Our salesman was great.

    Went there for an oil change and wheels rotation (8000 miles) on the car I purchased from them. Before I left my house i mark both front tires . At the dealer they have told me that they will do oil change, wheels rotation and the full inspection on my car and it is cover by Hyundai so I dont have to payanything. After about an hour in the waiting room the manager bring me my key and said they were finished. After I got to my car the first thing I checked was the front tires and my front tires was still marked. They did not rotate any tires.I hope they change my oil

    This place is why people don’t like car dealerships. High pressure to get an expensive service package when you go in for a routine oil change. After refusing the expensive and superfluous “recommended service”, they held my car for 2 hours to change the oil! TWO HOURS!! They were either being vindictive for not performing the more expensive service or totally incompetent. Either way, I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

    You definitely don't get the same treatment as you would from higher end car dealerships. Overall, people aren't as courteous and lack professionalism. Oh and that waiting room for service, try NOT to go on a hot day. It's a SAUNA in there and it was unbearable. Next time, I'm walking over to Kia next door and wait there.

    Worked with Manny and Taylor buying a new SUV 08/2020. Manny was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and presentable He worked with me achieving a price I thought fair value and never made me feel pressured or became hostile while negotiating. Taylor worked with me going over all the bells and whistles and explained thoroughly their functions. She had my mobile phone and car utilities synched and working in no time. Never did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. Buying a new car can be very timid but they both made me feel at ease during the process. I would highly recommend. The only thing I wish more was Taylor came with the purchase of the SUV, she's definitely a babe!

    would not recommend going here. I went for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in. Also, asked for a tire rotation, looked at the receipt and never saw it on there. I called and spoke to Dorris, and she said it probably wasn’t done because my car hasn’t reached the mileage. I was well over 6,000 miles. Went to a different Hyundai dealership and they confirmed it was already done. The lack of communication at Patrick is crazy. Never again will I go back to such a careless dealer.

    I went in for oil change today- they always find some other items went wrong. Sales person scared me and told me you should be driving this car -you need to replace front tie rods. got estimate for two rods for over 1K. came home and did research on net - it should not cost me more then $270 with 4 wheel alignment. just be care full before you agreed to work. spend few minutes on google or get 2nd opinion from other repair shops. hope this helps.

    Just purchased our 2022 Tucson from Patrick Hyundai. Our sales professional Guido Uruchima was great to work with. He was professional, friendly and had a positive attitude. He made the process easy and comfortable for us. Once the car had arrived (it was only about a 2 month wait) the transaction process was speedy and efficient. Jorgina Beto, the business manager was thorough, speedy and explained the terms and warranties very well. She was a pleasure to work with. There was a customer service rep who made the appointments, I think her name was Dorothy, and she was also friendly and easy to work with. The facility itself could use a facelift but our overall experienence was painless and positive.

This was my first experience with Patrick Hyundai as well as leasing for the first time. Tom Scimeca is the authorized dealer contact that superbly handled our lease agreement and a terrific job in seeking out the vehicle we chose which was not available locally. Tom was a pleasure to work with, extremely courteous, very personable and professional in explaining everything. I have never dealt with this dealership and with the service so far, I trust that my favorable comments will hold true throughout our lease.     I'll start by saying that everyone was so nice and helpful! My husband and I started our car search back in January - long story short, we have only ever owned beater cars and my car finally gave up - we decided to invest in a new car that was in our budget. We live by Wilkins Hyundai, but my husbands friend had a better experience over at Patrick Hyundai, so that's where we started. I began by talking with with Dorothy and she was so very helpful! She let me know what they had in stock according to my wants and she set up an appointment time for me to come in and test drive the vehicles. Now again, we were there back in January, and as always life usually gets in the way. We weren't able to purchase a vehicle until late April, but I do appreciate during those 3 months I wasn't spammed with e-mails and calls asking when I would come back. Dorothy would check up on me every now and then but she wasn't aggressive about it. Finally, when we were able to make our purchase, our salesman, Ron Skalski, was amazing! I was pretty picky about what I wanted in a new car but he listened to my needs/wants and we ended up buying a 2022 Tuscon SE. Ron is so pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles there. He made us feel comfortable and answered any questions we had! Overall at Patrick Hyundai, they really listen to you and make you feel welcome!

    During the beginning of Covid I had noticed oil consumption on my Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 . So when I went in for my oil change I talked to Gus Razos in service and he was very nice and understanding. At some point he inroduced me to Jim the Service manager ,also helpful. They put my car through some testing and 1000 mile checks and I now have a new engine. I must say all my friends were betting against them but, Gus was very nice to work with . Happy with my experience.I had a horrible experience with Ford Motor company years ago and will never buy a ford again. I will go back to Patrick Hyundai when I am ready.     Been going to Patrick in Schaumburg for years and I have been experiencing issues for some time. Especially with their front desk service. Previously, they gave me the wrong invoice and gave attitude when I suggested there was a mistake. The last time I had my car serviced the girls at the desk were chatting non-stop even though my keys were ready and added about 20 minutes to my wait. I just went into the dealership to schedule an appointment and the girls were equally as rude to the point the couldn't even help me schedule a service appointment. Enough is enough I already scheduled my appointment elsewhere and will not be back.

    Corey and the team were very helpful in getting me my first car! Throughout the entire purchase process they explained everything and next steps. They also made sure I had the best deal possible going in. Whoever prepped that car for me for pickup did a great Job because the seat was already positioned to fit me perfectly!     I had good dealing with them on buying a car and they promised to pay my last two payments and a end of lease fee, but they did not pay in full I contacted them via email three times and they said they would work on getting it resolved, but never did and never called me back. Promises giving and promises not kept. Make sure you get something in writing if they are paying off another car or lease or you end up like me 2-3 months later getting a bill that was not paid and screwing with your credit rating.

    The people that work here don't respect your time. I had made an appointment to see a car I was really excited about getting. I had called TWICE about my appointment, and no one had mentioned to me that the car I was scheduled to look at was already sold. The car is STILL on cargurus.com as I am typing this, saying it is available for sale. I went inside and an employee asked me, "You're here to see the Honda Civic exl, right?", he simply walked away and never came back. Horrible customer service, they had me waiting there for a long time just to tell me that they had already sold the car. It was an hour commute there and back. It was a HUGE waste of time and they still have the audacity to make me wait while the employees chit chat at the front desk. Horrible experience, if they can't even be honest whether the car is available, I doubt they will be honest about anything else.

    Buyer beware!! I've been back 15 times for the same issue on my 2022 Santa Cruz in less than 90 days of having it! Hyundai and especially Patrick Hyundai could care less!! Trying to blame my phone, no accommodations, nothing.. I currently have my 5th loaner so there will be a 16th visit. . ONLY service manager is helpful but can only do so much. A tech has videotaped the problem at their dealership and cannot fix the issue after replacing the unit twice! WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Can't get assistance from anyone at Hyundai!! Sales manager Scott at PATRICK HYUNDAI is also aware and will not assist, said call customer care! They don't return calls. Don't go here! I am soooooo screwed by them.

    Typical dealership where salespeople and finance advisors straight out lie to your face in order to get you to buy . Leaving a 1 star rating because of the service department . Multiple times I have expressed concerns about my car . They always tell me “everything is fine “ . No cat should be shaking or rattling . I even paid for a vehicle inspection and diagnosis . Of course they said everything was fine . The very next day I took my car to another dealership and they finally found the problem and fixed it on the spot . No need to reach out @Patrick Hyundai. You will not be getting any more of my business

    Ron provided a great experience at Patrick Hyundai. He brought a car to my house for a at-home test drive. Not pushy, no tricks, just a great car. He knew all the facts, was very informative, and where more information was needed he got back to me promptly. Excellent communication customer-first service, and never in a rush to “close the deal”. When I was ready to buy, got me a great deal, and provided for a seamless buying experience. Together with Eric in finance, I felt taken care of, well informed, and would definitely recommend their services.     My son and I had the most unbelievable experience with Dave Polcik!! This was my college son's first auto purchase heading back to school and we had some horrible experiences with other Hyundai dealerships, using the old "bait and switch" tactic, then holding on our keys to keep you captive, then finally wanting the "Sales Manager" pressure you.     This is a well deserved Glowing Review! This was our fourth car dealer of the day and first time at Patrickl Hyundai ever. It would be a cliche to say they are a breath of fresh air, but it was a very unexpectedly easy and no pressure purchase. It took less than two hours to choose a car from many and pay for it, with no games, no added dealer expenses or cosmetic packages or tricks and just straight up honest people from sales to finance manager. Mazen Shunnarah was our salesperson and very knowledgeable and offered answers to questions he suggested we might want to ask. He did not have to go to a manager's office for every step which was assuring. Highly recommended dealership from this experience. Thank you.

    So Corey Paller is a good sales guy to work with. However, once he hands you off to finance your experience goes down hill for the rest of the purchase experience. I should note that the advertised price will not be what you pay as it will be advertised to you with discounts you don’t qualify for (veterans discount) unless you’re a Vet of course, I paid $2,000 more forms car than they advertised… My car was delivered with part of the decal missing, plastic still in the car, couple scratches on the rims and when I asked them to remove the pin striping the glue was left on my car for me to get off. My née car within months was leaking antifreeze and getting a loaner car for work was a headache and battle even though it was a warranty repair. When I said the doors didn’t lock correctly they attempted to fix it, but then my special needs 8 year old almost fell out of the car driving because they didn’t test the back doors. After scheduling a recall only last minute after my schedule was rearranged did they contact me to tell me the item was on back order. I got rid of the car at the one year mark- safety first!!! Now I’m trying to cancel the warranty and they’ve ghosted me. I had to contact Zurich directly, and attempt to supply the documentation myself and have learned from Zurich that the dealership refunds the proration of the warranty. But after numerous emails to multiple people there, tweets to them, voicemails left for even the manager I can’t seem to speak to anyone to get my refund. I do have a lawyer on at my disposal and am disgusted to have to employ them over a few thousand dollar refund! Just so you’re aware be prepared to be spoken to as if you are stupid and have zero value as a client whether it’s service or finance, good luck talking to management (never available and don’t return calls or emails). Buyer beware!!!

    The purchase of my Tuscan 2 years ago was a really great experience. Cars are good too (I also have a Sonata) That enthusiasm had a lot of weight but unfortunately is fading slowly. My last 2 visits were a disaster. After I mentioned to staff that one tire is losing air all the time they offered to add more air. This is not what I expected from a professional. I pressured to check for signs of damage or screws and they told me the tire is fine. I went to another mechanic, they found the screw. Last visit - I asked to check for oil leaks in front shocks. I also asked if these are on warranty. So shocks are on warranty but when the car was returned they forgot to check them. They took car back and returned saying everything was fine. I went to another mechanic where the guy lifted the car and explained everything.  While it isn't terrible leak making it difficult for office guy to detect, I believe there is a reason why top part is greasy and has reddish tone and bottom half is dusty grey. So what am I supposed to think? My other Hyundai is getting old and I was thinking about getting a new one in a year or so but now I wonder how good is warranty if you can't use it?

    I needed a part replaced that was covered under my warranty. We made an appointment to get it replaced (but had to wait hours for them to tell me it needed to be replaced ) and the part was on back order. I must have called hyundai 2 or 3 times to see if the part was available and after 3 months of waiting, I finally learned the part was in after I called them. I understand a part on back order is going to take some time and that's not the problem it's the fact that they can't even call you to tell you it's available... So I make another appointment only to wait 2.5 hours in the waiting room. I don't understand why an appointment is necessary when they don't see your car right away and make you wait. Moral of the story, dont go to this location if possible

    Chris Reyes was awesome. I have been looking for and researching cars for the last 2 months and had gone to a number of dealerships. I had test drove different cars and fallen in love with them, but had ultimately been turned off by the sales person being too aggressive or not being entirely honest. After walking away from 4 potential cars at 4 different dealerships, I reached out to Patrick and was put in contact with Chris - he scheduled an appointment with me and kept me in the loop during the whole process. He was the best possible person I could have been paired with. The car is a dream, Chris helped make sure there were no hiccups in the process, and he made sure there were no surprises. He killed it. Edit: while Chris was awesome, I did have some issues with the finance team during my car sale and afterwards. Thankfully Chris was helpful and smoothed things out for me, but I was a bit less than impressed. I'm not going to change my review because my sales experience was still great, but I will say to make sure you know what your interest rate is before going into the finance office and make sure you look at every detail before you sign anything or leave the building.

    TOM SCIMECA!!!! That is the only name you need to know, he is truly the best! Before I came, I stopped at another location and I had the WORST experience ever!! My cousin referred me to Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg and Tom greeted us right away! I explained what happened to Tom with the previous dealership and he immediately knew what I needed! He was thorough, straight forward, kind and knew how to find the perfect car for me! He even went out of his way to make sure I got the color I wanted. He was wonderful! He and Edwin Cancel got me a GREAT DEAL on my new 2021 Sonata! Edwin was great, too!!     Words cannot express how upsetting my experience has been with Patrick Hyundai. I have been with Hyundai as a whole since I was 15 with a permit and it is very sad that this has been the worst Hyundai experience that I have ever had. From the time I went to purchase it to malfunctions with my vehicle it has been horribly disorganized and disappointing. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle there ever again.

    I called and talked to some one at 4 o’clock and verified they had the car there that I was interested and made an appointment to see it at 5. When I got there I was told that someone had put a deposit on that same vehicle (the only other people in there). When I asked when they did that the person said an hour ago, the same time I had verified it was there. I walked out and the same people that got the car, walked out seconds after me with out said car. I went to another Hyundai dealership and gave them my business.

    This is why I think you should choose a different dealer/brand. I bought a new 2019 genesis back in March. This is my experience. Around 2000 miles the car started dying a lights. I called Genesis and they made an appointment with Patrick Hyundai Genesis for them to come pick the car up. The day of the scheduled pick up no one showed up, I called the dealer and was informed they do not “valet vehicles over 15 miles away” I called Genesis and they said the dealer was wrong it was 50 miles. I called the dealer back and they agreed to pick up the car after I told them what Genesis had said. They pick up my car and give me a loaner. A day or so later they tell me they could not replicate the problem, but they did find “a loose wire”. They were in a hurry to pick up their Genesis loaner as they only have one. I get my car back, the problem persists. They tell me they do not have a Genesis loaner but they will give me a loaded Tucson. I agree. They pick up the car and give me a base Tucson. They keep my car for 2 weeks. I get a voicemail from Genesis North America saying they could not replicate the issue. I get another voicemail from the dealer saying they did replicate it and it’s a bad starter that they need to order me a new one. They tell me they cannot get one in until the end of July that I need to pick up my car and continue to drive it until then. I tell them I do not feel safe in a vehicle that stalls out at lights. I asked them to bypass the auto start/stop switch if they would like to return it to me. They tell me they will not. I call Genesis North America and they inform me they can have it expedited and they don’t know why the dealer would tell me to wait that long as it’s a stocked item. I get my car back, it has new scratches on it. I had a pack of gum in the car, every piece was missing except one. I got an alert noticing me the car was driving over 70 miles an hour on the way there. (There’s no roads like this on the way to my house the speed limit I believe is a max of 55) there’s also tar on my car. I called the dealer immediately, I let Genesis North America know. I drove my car up there and showed the GM Victor. He agrees to fix the damage along with the rim that I curbed. I set up an appointment to have the car worked on. (The original issue is fixed at this time as far as I know). While waiting for the scheduled appointment the issue starts happening again. At this point I just want my money back for the car or them to give me a new model of equal value. I drop the car off for the cosmetic fixes under the impression the issue with the car stalling at intersections and lights will also be addressed. This time they give me a Genesis loaner. I’m notified 2 days later my car is done, but nothing has been done about the stalling issue. I’m told it only happened to them one time and that it only lasted about 5 seconds. I’m told to take my car back. I emailed the GM and the service manager and let them know I want them to acknowledge via email that they are giving me a car back that has a known safety issue and they want me to continue to use it. I let Genesis North America know as well. The dealer offered to take my car in at trade however I would have to take a $5000 loss towards a new one. This offer was made by Victor the GM. Where I’m at now is I have a loaner, and an engineer is going to look at the car Tuesday. I have pretty much documented everything here and there’s pictures of the issue I’ve given to the dealer. I would strongly suggest you stay far away from this dealer and the Genesis brand.

I am very happy with all aspects of my buying experience, from a straightforward and patient approach to the sales conversation, to the helpfulness of all the staff I spoke with. James Navarro was very professional from how he reviewed my options, to helpfully checking into any question I had that beyond the basics. I never felt like I was being pressured into a deal I wasn’t comfortable with, just well informed about the essentials throughout the process. I came on a busy day, but James even made sure he checked on my needs while I waited for financing. The back office folks were polite too and kept me aware of what to expect throughout the process. I would confidently buy from Patrick Hyundai again.

    Told me they couldn't replace a warranty part on our car because they didn't have the part. After the oil change checking out the mechanic yells no we changed it. Issue still there and no old part to show.

    First up, I never thought I would be getting a Hyundai. I'm a first time buyer. Why did I switch? The car choice was first. 2021 Tucson. As soon as I saw this vehicle, I new I had to drive it. I walked in the showroom and was greeted by Dave Polcik. I told him why I was there and the car I wanted to drive. He set me right up and off I went. I came back and after working the numbers which wasn't long, we had a deal. He was really knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. I love this vehicle and this dealership. I really like the warranty and service offered to me for the next 3 years. AI also want to give a great big thank you again to Katie Grass . She was very professional, knowledgeable about the company and breezed thru my finance papers with me quickly. If you are looking for a great vehicle, don't drive by like I used to do.     We bought a Palisade here from James Navarro and the experience was exceptional. We had been to a lot of dealerships looking at a number of 3 row SUV's for a couple of weeks. We drove across the state from west central Illinois to find the car we wanted to test drive there. James treated us great, worked with us to make sure the car was what we wanted and never pressured us to do anything. The other people we worked with there were just as good. I have bought a number of new and used cars in my day and this was definitely one of the better experiences i have had. All the sales people were friendly, they gave us space and time to decide what we wanted to do and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

    We had problems with our Genesis running and idling roughly. The car was taken to Patrick Hyundai for repair. It was determined that the fuel injectors were blocked. The car was in the shop for over a week. When we tried to call to get an update they would not return our calls. Finally after 10 days we were informed that the car was repaired and we could come pick it up. We came to pick up the car and it was sitting in the parking lot with a dead battery. They came out and gave it a slight jump just enough to get us home. They got the work done, but not in a timely manner with no concern for customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed with terrible customer relations. Will never go there again.

    Purchased a vehicle on 11/28/19. Had to ask for something to drink after we had been there nearly two hours (directed to the coffee and water to fill up a cup ourselves). We were pushed into completing the sale that night despite how clear we were about wanting to return in two days, despite assurances from the salesman that returning would be fine, and despite our screaming, exhausted baby. This was just one example of what looked like a culture of deliberate deception disguised as poor internal communication. In between their smoke breaks, other salesmen stood around right next to us loudly talking about how excited they were about all the sales incentives going on the following month. You really can't find another way to chat about all the money you're about to make gauging your customers? We purchased one of the clear-coat packages with a remote starter but were unable to have them take care of these modifications right away (because of how late it was). We were never contacted about scheduling this change, and trying to do so ourselves took weeks of run around and dropped calls. We were given absolutely zero instruction on how to use any of the car's features. Had another issue that needed to be addressed promptly. After the first message I left was tossed in the garbage, I sent out an email and copied the General Sales Manager. No response for going on two weeks.
