    Quite frankly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I have been with pronto for 4 years and I am finally on my last payment. When I say I am overjoyed to be through with them soon, I am OVERJOYED. This company has been such a NIGHTMARE to have been financed with. Everyone is extremely rude when you speak to them, and they constantly send threatening text messages about repossession when we’re only a day or two late. We have currently moved to a one income household, and I am a full time student with my husband being the only one working full time supporting the household. They are not compassionate or understanding of any situation. We recently lost a family member, and weren’t the least bit of concerned with our situation, only concern voiced was when we were to make our payment to remove said repo. We always pay regardless, but it wouldn’t hurt to show some compassion or at least pretend to care about real life situations. They are absolutely money hungry, rude thieves with no understanding of human emotions or how to handle a sensitive situation. By far the WORST finance company I have ever been graced with. No one there has been the least bit of helpful, all are extremely rude and they have NO IDEA how to read each other’s notes in the system. One rep will call about payment and “note” the account only to have another rep threaten repo on us. Absolutely disgusting attitudes, personas and individuals working there. Please steer clear, I hope no one is EVER as unlucky as we all were to have them as a finance company.

    The absolute worse customer service not close to being professional calling ppl that are not even on accounts for a payment making threats into taking cars away for couple days late payment life happens and especially rite now people getting back on their feet still dealing with things from the pandemic they are rude and honestly can not wait to be done with this car . Management needs to do a little better at hiring people.

    this “finance” company is very unprofessional, lack of value to their customers, as well with showing they’re ONLY HERE FOR THE MONEY AND NOT CHOOSING TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLES SITUATIONS. My mother has a loan out with this “business” and was trying to make her monthly payment. Due to her having to renew her annual insurance they didn’t have this months information sent out for Novembers insurance. which means with their “rule” of 80$ fee of No insurance was going into her monthly payment regardless of it just being some papers showing proof of having insurance. She let the “representative” know and she’ll make the rest of the payment of the “No Insurance” this weekend if insurance papers don’t get sent out in time. Instead of working with us she chooses to try and set up an auto pay just asking “Friday or Saturday to take payment” my mother kept insisting that she will call to check first if information was delivered or not. The lady HUFFED & stated “I will be calling you everyday until that payment is made since you have no insurance” and hangs up. Did not tell us if she processed the monthly car payment. Did not tell us if she understood that we’ll be calling back by end of the week to check if insurance info got received. She chose to get upset because it wasn’t going her way and hung up. She isnt the only one with an attitude in this place. It never fails that one of the “young” ladies always chooses to have an attitude with someone due to peoples situations. I highly consider you taking your money elsewhere because these people are not it.

    This is the worst finance ever. Super rude and you'll never be able to speak to anyone higher up. They'll also keep asking for more money even when you've just paid. And none of the employees must speak to each other or read the info on their screens because one will call your phone asking for payment when you just got off the phone with another about the same thing. And don't make any deals with them they'll say they never made any deals or hang up on you. One last thing don't trust a guy call Alfado.

    This place adds more money to pay on your accounts. Keep track of all your records. They will try and make you pay more then what was signed originally. The try to nickel and dime you on everything

    I would give negative stars if possible. One of the they worst finance companies I have ever dealt with . They failed to report payments for 2 months on my credit report. They also reported a missed payment for the month I refinanced and went with a reputable company. Stay away from this place . Far away . Garbage.

    Don't waste your time with Pronto. Horrible customer service. Constantly threatening you. No compassion whatsoever. I feel stuck with them. The vehicle I got has tons of problems. Even when I try calling pronto the representatives are very rude. PLEASE WORK WITH ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY.

    Worst company I have ever worked with. Very rude and threatening. Harassing all the time even when you are a day or 2 late. You have to explain your situation to about 10 different people. Trying to get a manager to talk to is like pulling teeth. I told them I would only respond through email so I would have the proof on how they treat their clients. One of their representatives flat out told me I was a liar and that I wouldn't pay them. They do not care about anyone. They don't understand that emergencies happen. I would never recommend getting a loan through them. They don't even use the correct name when they email me. Just shows how much they really pay attention.

    I’m not sure if all the bad reviews are from past employees but I have not dealt with any of the people mentioned in the comments I think people should give it a chance they are very professional and answered all my questions they even let me know when my car got towed away without my knowledge . first time using them and I have not been harassed by them like the reviews say anytime they have contacted me was for important information regarding my car And it’s their job to call and ask about non payments so some of these negative reviews are kinda wacky def would recommend and do business again

    I have to say going with Pronto Finance has been the best thing for me and my family. Christina is the best she makes sure that all my questions and concerns are answered. She was able to help us with an accident that we were in with another insurance company and made everything go smoothly. Definitely the best decision, they communicate with everyone and you get a call back fast from them which is great and someone is always there

    I wish I would have read previous reviews before using this company for a loan. They are completely rude and unprofessional and I can't wait to pay them off and never have to deal with them again. I had an emergency surgery followed by 6 weeks off of work followed by Covid and was told my payments would be deferred until they started harassing me a month later asking me when I'm going to make payments. They tell you want you want to hear and don't follow through on any of their promises. Worst company ever...look elsewhere for financing!!!

    Horrible finance company, I would not recommend! Can’t wait until I pay this loan off so I can never have anything to do with them again. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Communication is horrible within the company. I asked the manager if it was ok if I could make a late payment without it affecting my credit due to Covid-19 and of course they told me what I wanted to hear. I complied with their rules and a month later they hit my credit and when I called up to see if it was a mistake they told me it was nothing they could do about it. And this isn’t the first experience I’ve had like this with them. Very shady and will say or do whatever it takes to take your money and screw you over! 👎

    This was my first time hearing of this company, since buying my third car from the neighborhood dealership. I was pleased that they accepted my application due to my credit issues. It was very easy setting up my monthly payment arrangement, have not had any issue since I initiated my account almost a year ago. I look forward to my pay off with this company!

    I will make a complain with The BBB. For some reason on my last payment Pronto wants to charge me extra $180 for interest and they dont even know why. Just expecting for me to pay. I need my title for the vehicle and this is stopping me to get it. I'm sure more people had this bad experience with them. Stay away from getting a loan with Pronto Finance . They only report credit to Transunion it will not help boost your Experian worthless finance company. Stay away people very bad customer service. Uneducated

    Hello Christian, we looked into your account. According to the ACH policy, if you contact us more than 3 times to change the due date we do have to cancel the ACH. If you cannot pay on the date you originally put, please just call to pay over the phone. Thank you.

    This company is very unprofessional and unsympathetic during this pandemic. Not only that, they have harassed me and been very nasty via texts and voicemail. I have had to put my car in the shop over 3 times, only had it a year!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! They only care about money!!!!

    If I could give minus 30 stars that would be appropriate! This has got to be the worse so called finance company in the entire universe! Where do I start with how horrible they are? They claimed when I was doing my contract that they had an online website today notes! Well I tried using it and it said under maintenance! That was over in yr ago! It's still under maintenance! Who's doing the maintenance? A 1 yr old snail? They speak horribly broken English and they lie quite a bit about your account! I cancelled a horrible aftermarket warranty that was put on the vehicle by Mazda autobarn. The warranty didn't cover anything that cost more than 200 dollars. So I got rid of it which should've given me the option of either lowering my monthly payments or having my payout lowered, they didn't wanna give me nor did they give me that option! I was late making a payment and the called people on my references list! That's not what that list is for! They put a ignition disabler on the vehicle and it was on my contract that they wouldn't do it! They are just the worst! Contacting the better business bureau and a lawyer to see if there is any legal action that can and should be taken!

    Working with Pronoto Finance was pretty smooth. I do wish they had a better online payment system. I had to pay over the phone or send my payment in the mail to avoid fees. They also limit the amount you can pay towards your loan if you decide to pay online- along with service fees. Otherwise, a fairly smooth and good experience!

    My mother purchased a vehicle from here . Very bad experience everything was going good until my mom went to the hospital. She had to be hospitalized because she was very sick . So the finance company couldn’t reach her for ONE HOUR . So picked up the call and told them I drove the car home because she was in the hospital. That’s it that’s all . So they returned her contract and said I had to be a co-buyer just because I drove the car home . She was heartbroken because she went through hell and back trying to get the car financed and they said there’s nothing they can do

    WORST Finance place ever!!! They call you constantly even when your payment isn’t even due yet, they call you days before. If your late making a payment they threaten to repo your car. We will be done paying for our car in December and my husband broke his hand and was out of work for a few weeks. We fell behind on our payment and informed them of what was going on. We even sent them a picture of his broken hand and something showing he didn’t get paid. We informed them that he was now back at work and we would be able to make a payment when he got paid in 6 days. They would not work with us and said we needed to make a payment by 5:30 pm or else they would repo our car. We told them we were able to borrow money from a family member, but they couldn’t give it to us for 2 days. They said no it has to be that day. I begged them to give us just 2 more days that the car was our daughters only form of transportation to school. They were unwilling to work with us. Horrible-Horrible company!! We will never recommend them to anyone!!’

    Awful agency. Had my vehicle reposesed because I couldn't make 1 payment due to covid and many problems the vehicle had. They then sold the vehicle I was going to pay over $10,000 for $1,800. (2005 Chevy Silverado with 80,000 miles). They are demanding that I pay them the remaining balance still. Complete morons. Don't even speak good English on the phone and are rude.

    My car title did not arrive after my payments were complete. I have never had issues with my mail not arriving. I had to wait for Pronto to send me a notarized letter to be able to go to the DMV and PAY for my "lost" title, since they stated they mailed it out. It was just not a great experience, I had to talk to several, rude, reps before they even sent out the notarized letter. I won't be coming here again

    I called to ask what is my payoff balance and they kept telling me the price of my principle balance. If I m trying to pay off 2 months ahead I shouldn’t be paying for interest for those 2 months. Also when I called I kept getting transferred and the lady hung up like she didn’t understand my question. Very unprofessional, she could’ve ask someone for help if she didn’t know how to look for that. I’ll never go to these people again! Every time I would call they had no idea what the hell they we’re doing. I don’t recommend them at all!

    This is the worst finance company ever. They don’t value good clients and they are disrespectful!I’ve over paid them for the financing of my vehicle and they thought I wasn’t aware of it and they kept lieing like I was a payment behind they also didn’t document all my payments. I have a history of 100% on time payments It’s good that I had conformation from all my payments on my end from my bank. Thieves that’s what they are. Very unprofessional the customer service phone line ppl for the company is negligent in answering calls and the warranty that I had for my vehicle never covered it! They was supposed to cover any engine and transmission issues with my vehicle it never did. Service engine symbol has appeared on my vehicle a month after I brought the vehicle they never sent anyone out to check the issue. I have spent more out of my pocket then what the vehicle is worth. I will never recommend anyone to Pronto. Inconsiderate and very unprofessional once I realize that I have completely paid the car off they continue to ask for money never sent my title and unfortunately after 3 1/2 years of paying a note the motor is no good! 👎🏽Not to mention they reprocessed my vehicle after I paid them 13,000 and although I don’t have the vehicle the continue to harass me for more payments. The year vehicle I had was 2009 the car was only worth 8000😞after trying to get a minimum hardship payment plan through them they still turned me down! Heartless

    I’ve been with them a little bit over two years. I recently lost my job due to a burn out . I’ve never missed a payment or re arranged a payment nothing I have receipts. This month was the first time I wasn’t able to pay my car note or insurance. With the insurance I had to let go because I couldn’t afford to be paying on a car that’s broke down that had been broke down for the last 2-3 months but I’m still making payments I told them that I couldn’t afford the expensive to get it fixed they keep telling me that I still have to pay the $80 ( extra on top of my car note) for every month I go without. Which I’m not understanding because I’m not physically driving the vehicle it has been in my yard and if they go back and look at the tracker on my car which I’ve been tell the lady to do she would see that my car hasn’t moved in months. Majority of them that you speak with their rude and always talking over you and they are no type of help not even to their loyal customers. I’m new to all this finance stuff but I can tell you one thing once I pay this company back I will NEVER do business with them again ever and I will never recommend a friend or family member.

    every time i call to make a payment the same lady goes back and forth with me about insurance and about extra fees, very unprofessional and puts you in a hard situation when you tell them no because then they don’t accept your car payment or they either take from the payment you are trying to give!! I pay so much for my car note already, and on top of that they add fees and won’t tell you till it all adds up. They are very threatening and always rude!! Are harassing you if you are even a couple days late on a payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! Don’t waste your time with this finance company. Go somewhere else !!

    If it was not for the representative Karina I would give it a zero. I’ve had my car for about 2 yrs or so and before this representative I would rate it a 1 or zero The representative Karina knows her job and how to be compassionate while doing it. I’ve talked to several people at the finance company all they ever want is the car payment and that’s it. I’ve asked for assistance with different topics while owning my car and they have made my experience the worst ever. I hated calling or even having to interact with anyone else they are rude and poorly trained. Their customer service lacks empathy or even concern to the actual needs of the customer. However I’ve recently been contacted by Karina and she has been working along with me to not only get my car payment but also assist me with the other issues I’ve had since working with this finance company. She explained everything in detail took her time even made a follow up which they have never done before. I explained my current situation and she made me feel like she cared and actually assisted me as an empath maybe the best customer service to date.

    I would like to share my experience with the manager from Pronto Finance. As a company that is responsible for managing your vehicle loans and ensuring you have valid vehicle insurance, I would like to say Daisy Martinez has extremely helped me in many ways. During this pandemic I had experienced a sickness which caused me to be late a few months on payments as well as default me on my auto insurance. Daisy was so helpful and understanding, in many ways words cannot explain. When I first got my vehicle I had many issues and to this day, I just had some issues recently this week which cause my cause to not start, However that was not the fault of the bank. I can say that I recommend this company for many reasons, beyond their professionalism. But also their charisma and case by case focus. I have never been a person that has to be late on bills but due to this pandemic, it has caused a stress, and they have been more than enough flexible. Something I would have not expected coming from a private bank. Thank you all especially Daisy for all your efforts in helping me, with my payments as well as manage my stress during this difficult time.

    If you can avoid this company do it at all costs. There is really no way to put it other than no one knows how to do their job properly. It's all about passing the blame and being as lazy as possible instead of knowing what to do and doing it. After weeks of misinformation and incompetence on their part I have finally had enough. Dont believe anything they tell you. Every single action they make is aimed at somehow swindling you out of more money. The "Managers" especially. They find ways to make sure your gap insurance doesn't get paid and you end up owing them more and more money. Their reps can lie for weeks and at the end of it your stick with the bill either way. This is literally a company built around scamming people just trying to afford things.

    Pronto Finance has been so helpful and really attentive to their customers. My mother had an incident where her dealership had sold her a stolen car, and it was a very frustrating and stressful experience, however, with the help from Pronto, specifically Daisy Martinez, my mother was able to have a positive outcome from the situation. They really take care of their customers well and help resolve their situations. I'm glad she had help from Pronto and we will always be grateful that they put in their efforts to help her resolve such horrible situation.

    If i could give zero i would. I was late not even 25 days and car shut off. Told them to come get it due to not working cause of covid get called several times a day and threatened about what will happen if they take it. What do they want I've told them several times don't have the money. They still have Not gotten the car and still call to tell me they r getting it and the repercussions of what will happen when they do. Not to mention got the warranty on it and it broke down they wouldn't pay for it so had to pay more than what my car payment was. Now out of all that money and no car or help from them. Will not recommend them or place i bought it from to anyone. So sad with the way the world is and not even 1 mtg at the time I was behind and they have no common decency to help someone out. Should of never went through a loan place and bought a car straight out lesson learned I guess next time I will.

    I just finish paying my loan with them and I'm not sure why a lot of bad reviews. I had very good experience with most if not all the people I spoke with. They answer every question I had about my account, when I first got it they went over every detail about the account and how it would work. will definitely be coming back if I ever need another loan. Great job guys!

    Pronto finance is the best place to go if you want to get robbed. After one and a half year of paying my car I decided that I wanted to pay it off. I call to pay my car off and they tell me that I owe more than what I should because the interest builds up day by day.

    I am 1 payment away from finishing my loan with Pronto Finance. I have called a few times during my loan term with them and never had any bad experiences with them. Most of the representatives I spoke with were respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely work with them again, if I get a new auto loan.

    I have not had a bad experience with Pronto Finance. I do not know much about the company, but I’m assuming they specialize in subprime lending...hence the high interest rates that people are complaining about. I have no complaints about the interest rate because I know that my credit was bad when I got the loan. My only complaint is that they make you have your insurance deductible set at $500 (it was $1,000 with my last finance company). Pay your loan on time and don’t miss any payments and you won’t have any problems I guess.

    Poor Customer Service nothing compare to Santander. Consumer USA. You missed a payment due to them selling your personal information. Also getting account hacked from their system. And having to go through the ordeal of having an account frozen . They threatened to reposes a vehicle. Lack of respect and professionalism. The lack of access to the account via online is also poor. I had finance one of my vehicles with Santander and their service and easy access to my account via online was so pleasant. That when I compare both of these companies Pronto Finance will never meet a 1 star review. I gave it 1 because it is the only available, but if there was a minus -1 Star I will definitely pick it. I'm only glad I am almost finish paying the loan. Never in my life will I finance with this company. From personal experience I do not recommend their services to any family members close to me.

    Horrible company to do business with. Save yourself the problems reject any business dealing with them. if it’s too late get a lawyer ASAP very shady unethical business takes place with this company and their threats that comes with their demands are illegal recorded conversations recommended for your own protection. they do tons of lying to misinformed people and treat the one’s with knowledge distasteful. (My own personal opinion but looking at other’s reviews this feeling of unsatisfying service, rip off business practices, and lying to their consumers is a common problem at this company)!

    Pronto Finance has really stepped up their game, let me tell you. I came in thinking I wasn’t going to get much help but Sandra Torres was extremely helpful in my situation. You could tell off the bat that she’s a very bright employee and I felt that she really went out her way to make sure that I was well taken care off. This company will go a long way as long as you have employees like that to lead by example. Thank you for all your help.

    Financed a car with them and therefore had to use their warranty. Within a week of having my vehicle the engine messed up, the warranty REFUSED to pay for ANYTHING including a rental. It has now been over a month and I have been without a vehicle and a rental. I didn’t even get to make my first payment before the vehicle needed a new engine. Pronto says they can LEND me the money or I can pay out of pocket for a new engine OR a repo on my credit for a vehicle I didn’t own for two months. They do NOT want to work with me to cancel the contract. They don’t even want to pay for it themselves, they’d LEND me the money when THEIR warranty refused to pay for anything. Leaving me without a vehicle for going on two months. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! It was my first vehicle on credit and now I have a repo since I cannot drive it!!!!

    If I could give them zero stars I would.. Do yourself a favor and don’t give your service to these rats!!! I called to process a payment for my husband’s account and I specifically told them not to save any of my information on the system that my husband would go ahead and process it himself with his account not mine like always!! I was simply doing a favor!.. they decided to keep all of my information and continue taking money out of my account!! I don’t know but it seems a little to sketchy to me I don’t trust them at all anymore they were in no help when I called and asked why they keep taking money from my account if I never authorized any payment and I specifically said not to save my information and the account isn’t even on my name!! They just kept transferring me to a different person having to tell my story over and over again..I’m tired of their childish games they’re not serious with their business and are nothing but rats!!

    I purchased a Jeep with higher miles and my own credit union didn't want to finance the vehicle due to the miles. I know normal this fiance company try's to help people with credit challenges . In my case they were a HUGE help over coming the mileage restriction when no one else would. I had one issue with Pronto trying to verify my current insurance but, after one phone call to Pronto they were able to get the discrepancy rectified quickly and went above and beyond by calling my insurance company so i could get the proper documentation needed to make sure I was fully covered . I would recommend this bank and it seems like as long as you pay your bills on time they are very help full !!☺☺

    worst finance be aware people I was paying early every month even extra money but after having an accident they wouldn't wait for the check of my car insurance and they didn't care at all the service was so unprofessional and they even send it to collection credit knowing that they were ganna get paid from my insurance . the interest rates are super high and the service are so rude they put me in hold for about 20min I finally hang up and called again and now they won't answer. people don't do tthe same mistake a did with this bad company .

    Be Warned! They are very very shady! Reading all the other reviews, now I am understanding what's happening. I am having insurance problem with them now that I am almost paid off. They said they cannot get a hold of me and send me letters and calls. Yeah sure, I have spoken with them in multiple occasions but NEVER anyone said about the insurance until later last year. I think they do it on purpose so their insurance partner gets their share of the loot too. I asked for the supposedly letter that they sent me still no reply. Texts and Voicemails they do in Spanish inspite of how many times I told them that I don't speak Spanish. So when I call back I presume they are talking about my payments. Now I owe $650 more for their insurance partner. Nice job! Need to be in the news so people can be aware of what's going on. Very disappointing.

    Pronto Finace is an amazing company for first time buyers or customers with bad credit. When I first bought my car they financed me even though I had no credit. Sure, my interest rate was a bit high but that helped me built my credit and am now able to refinance or move forward with a better interest rate for my next car! Everyone was always helpful their customer support team is very patient and understanding. You can tell they care about their customers. Thank you Pronto Finance!

    Pronto is a great financial institution. I had great experience doing a loan with them and dealing with one of their employees name Vickey. I totally would recommend them to family and friends so if you need a auto loan don’t waist your time they will get you approved no matter what your credit situation is like.     Worthless finance company! They will charge you extra interest. When you try to make your last payment they will try to charge you hidden interest fee, they can not even tell you why you owe that amount because they dont even know themselves. They RIP you off your money. Stay away. They will only report to Transunion not experian or Equifax but than again they have really high interest rates lowest is 16% . Pronto finance has it's own dealership. They want to repo the car to than sell it at Ole Auto Sales on Elmhurst. They dont lost but people do. What a shame of a company

    Horrible customer service. Need to train your employees on how to speak in a respectful and professional manner. If you can’t work in customer service then maybe the job is NOT for you. Laughing on the phone about a concern is definitely unprofessional and unacceptable. (Spoke w rep Hector). Do your job right and maybe just maybe there would be a better rating than 2 STARS!!!     So the manager called me today and from pronto prestamos. She was. Very nice and helpful. And apologized for what happened. This says a lot from her she cares about my review on google. Most places don't even take the time to call back. She explained to me my alternatives that I had. And was very polite. And explained to me how concern she was to make sure they meet my needs. After me having issues in regards with my pay off amount and no one will answer my questions when I would call. She was able to meet my expectations that I have for a business.
