I wanted to write a review for titlemax 4711 processed by Steven.and I recv'd the info help at the cookout location.. He lied after I had an accident where my twins died. I told him I fell behind because I was depressed. He said np they wont get the car and to file the insurance claim(I had a covered policy that wanted to fix the vehicle or payout) they took the vehicle mothers day or so.. And they stated to me he didnt say that in the corporate office. I made them pull the recorded call and guilty they never spoke with me again.

I worked with Judy at this location two months ago her customer service was so excellent I said when I found the time to write her a review I would. i I had a family emergency and I needed cash immediately Judy helped me From the time I called to inquire about the process up until My check was printed she was very welcoming and made this process less degrading. If you see this Judy I thank you so much for your kindness.

I had a pleasant encounter with Cathay Deaver. She was proficient and respected my time. The staff also was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends . Thanks for taking care of my needs.

Everyone that works here is incredibly polite and professional, both on the phone and in person. They are willing to work with you on payment schedules and are understanding when schedules need to change. This location in particular offers a friendly atmosphere, the staff and manager are knowledgeable, they always have big smiles on their face, they manage their busy workflow seamlessly, they greet you by standing up from their desks as soon as you walk through the door, most of them greeting you by your name, prior to looking you up on the computer-that says a lot, as they have thousands of customers. I would definitely recommend this location of TitleMax to anyone, it far exceeds any of my expectations. Top notch customer service and professionalism. The best of the best! 👍🏻👌🏻☝️

I dealt with Ms. Cathay today, She discussed all of my options! She was very sweet and has an amazing memory!!!
