Shakeiya was very helpful today. She had 4 people that came in all at once and she was extremely professional with all of us. Her ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure was impressive. Literally the phone was ringing and she was communicating with all of the customers to maintain our patience. Great job! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Cassandra was very helpful and knowledgeable in my loan process. Even though I had multiple questions because it was my first loan, she still took the time to fully explain details for my understanding. I highly recommend and I will definitely return if needed.

She was a pleasant soul indeed, truly an asset to the company was nervous when arrived but she made us feel so welcomed and relaxed, and she was so thorough in making sure we understood everything.
