I’m giving this a 4 star the place is nice for the most part, the young lady jasmin me and my husband had was nice and friendly but my only concern was she very talkative with conversation that had nothing to do with trying to get a loan it was unprofessional But at the end She did try and help the best way she could and we still thank her. But we will be going to a different place in the future no hard feelings to that location

I went I with an estimate from the website of at least $3000, so I expected a little more than half. Because my car was not in tip top shape, it didn't work out that way, they were still able to offer me something. After apologizing a lot, I still walked away with a decent deal, and I still got to keep my car. Realistic results.

The Company's Representatives, Lynecia was very well Professional as well as her Comunicating Skills. Lynecia guided me the the Process of my first Title at this Establishment. Lynecia explained EVERYTHING to me. Lynecia really really took the time to make absolutely positively that I understood ALL of my Responsibilities. I appreciate it very much. I would say that Title Max is the best kept secret in CAR TITLE LOANS.

The store manager, Carrington Dunn is always very kind, knowledgeable and professional. The same goes for Ashae who I have dealt with on several occasions as well.
