Knowing the urgency of what I needed done, Monica arranged for witnesses and made an appointment for me on Saturday. Prices are very good. And, she is just the nicest person! I’d recommend her and her business for your notary needs(including Wills!!!!)

We had to sign mortgage closing paperwork with short notice. I called D and D and they responded quickly, gave fair pricing, and executed a very thorough and professional service. We are so glad we were able to be seen so quickly. The office space we met in is in a very convenient location with free off street parking. The notary is very knowledgeable and helpful. We also were able to print our documents for a nominal fee. I highly recommend D and D. I will definitely return as soon as I need a notary.

She was very professional and courteous enough to fit me in between appointments to notarize my documents. Great price and very kind as well. I also enjoy the fact that we can drink coffee and sit on a nice couch while waiting to be seen.

Monica is excellent and she knows her stuff. I used her services because I was selling my rental property located in Kansas, however I live in VA. I wasn’t going to be present for the closing so the Title Company sent me all the documents to sign and have notarized. Monica was very thorough she explained everything and even pointed out small details that I might have overlooked. I was originally nervous about not being at the closing but Monica made me at ease with her professionalism and made me feel better about closing long distance. So if you need a notary and especially if you’re selling a home long distance like myself…….please look no further. You want to make sure your documents are done right so that it doesn’t hold up the closing process and receiving your proceeds. . Monica is your Notary!
