My daughter had an amazing experience from start to finish! Kelly the General Manager went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Kelly immediately greeted us as we walked in with two toddlers. She offered us snacks and beverages while we waited a brief moment for her to finish up with her current client. The process was very easy and fast thanks to Kelly! She stayed well over their closing time to accommodate us and was so warm and inviting. They definitely have the right person for their General Manager!

Kelly was so personable and informative! She got my needs taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. I appreciate her positive attitude and effort to make my experience easy!

I recently visited the title max store. Since i was planning to see the options to get the auto loans on my vehicle. Since i did not had the title for vehicle they asked you can try for personal loan. Even though they could approve only a small amount of 500$ which they said to take to build the history. I tried to pay off the amount after 4 working days. Now they are charging 84$ Interest . Does anyone in the world charge 16.8% interest for a week. Which accumulates to 3-4 times the loan we borrowed if we pay in 3-4 months. I would say not to visit the store and believe the things they said.
