I have been working with Cosmo for 6-8 month now. My credit history was really messed up. They have gotten 8 bad collections deleted and are still directing me to getting my credit to my high goal. When I first started with Cosmo I was very unsure and skeptical on credit repair but I decided to give them a chance. I called in wanting to cancel and spoke with Israel about my account. He was great help and very detailed. He pulled my reports and was able to see all my deletions and also advised on different ways to increase my score. I reached out to Cosmo Credit Repair because my son had negative reporting from past medical services (Hipaa violations). During the 6 month program, they were able to remove all of the negative items successfully. I am very satisfied and grateful for their service. I also plan to use them, in the future, if happens again.

Horrible….. please read the comments … the complaints that have been about no progress believe it!!! I’m confused about this company not sure if i can say fraud or just take folks money and do nothing.. This is my experience…i have been with the company since June, they have “claimed to send disputes out” but i have received ZERO from any creditor in the mail. I had to contact this company and company about being a new customer and no follow up with them. The first day when i put down $700 to start working with the company of course it was so pleasant and customer service driven… when i complained it was stated by “Israel” i would receive a call on 8/13 to follow up to see if anything was received by the credit bureau. i am starting to feel like nothing was ever sent to the credit bureau in the first place. No call was ever made on 8/13 .. just so happen my card expired and they didn’t receive their first monthly payment.. of course on 8/15 i get a text about friendly reminder about my card .. mind you no call on 8/13. I’m jus disgusted with the lack of urgency for trying to handle business and handling customer concerns but the priority to collect money or get folks to sign up.. i gave them a higher standard because they were local but that was a mistake. I had more success years ago with Lexington law they took a year and this was a 6 month program so i regret not going back to Lexington law as they were consistent and made me feel comfortable. I also saw mail and movement with my credit. It’s been 2 months with this company it’s supposed to be a aggressive credit repair but i have nothing to show for in 2 months but money i spent. Beware of this company i gave them plenty of opportunity to turn this around and instead they have proven that customer satisfaction and is not their priority.

Cosmo CR has done an amazing job for me. OMG 24 negative trade lines removed within 4 months WOW. They are very attentive to the needs of their clients and I truly appreciate them. Israel was awesome. I received a summons for an outstanding debt. Israel informed me of a couple of solutions. I went with the one that would benefit my credit the most. He made the call to the law firm that initiated the summons and made certain I would receive a pay for delete letter, ensuring it would fall off my credit report. When we were done with that he set me up with Experian and boosted my credit score 27 points! I can't articulate how happy I am with Israel @ Cosmo Credit. Thanks again

Israel helped with my account and was very responsive and attentive to the details of what was needed to get my credit back on track after a bankruptcy. He had several accounts removed and my credit score went up over 90 points. I have now gotten qualified to refinance my house (at a lower interest rate) and my car (which started out at a high interest rate bc of the bankruptcy). Credit is so important and I am glad I chose Cosmo to help me rebuild.

I really enjoyed the service of Cosmo Credit. I want to give 4 stars because at the beginning, I was told it could take a couple months but most people have completed their goals with us within 6 months. Kind of gave me false hope as I only needed one thing off of my credit and it took a little over a year to do it. Unfortunately, I think with Covid and my situation, it took a lot longer but all in all, they did get what I needed removed and I'm happy. Now if I could just pay my credit cards off!

Based on my one year experience for using this company’s service to repair my credit , at the beginning for couple months I didn’t get any proper results, but now I’m satisfied from this company , because they could finally raised up my credit score from 550 to 690 and removed most of my late payments and more. If I could give zero stars I would. I made the huge mistake of contracting with Cosmo CR in February 2021 and they’ve done nothing to improve my credit scores. In fact, they’ve cost me additional heartache as their “efforts” have resulted in me getting a lawsuit filed against me from an old creditor. It is now mid May 2021 and my scores have actually dropped 30-40 pts since starting with them. I’ve not opened any new accounts, no late pays and no usage of my credit lines/cards. I have no idea how the drop happened (maybe just coincidence) but after signing up with them, there has been absolutely zero improvement in my scores, none of the negative marks on my reports have been removed and I’ve paid them almost $1k! The only thing I’ve gotten from working with them is a pending lawsuit from an old creditor. Every time I call to speak with my “account rep”, he’s never available and the next day I’m contacted by a different person who keeps giving me the same old song and dance about them sending out letters to challenge entries on my report. Well, what I DO KNOW is it only takes about 60days for unsubstantiated entries to be removed from a credit report. I’ve been with them for over 90 days! They’ve done nothing positive for me and it stands to reason why they haven’t because the longer they keep me as a client, the more money they make off me. I REGRET EVER CONTACTING THEM, throwing the $927 I’ve paid them down the drain and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Cosmo last summer, about 6-7 months ago after I was denied for a mortgage loan. Within about 30-45 days of hiring them, 21 late payments were removed from my credit report and my credit score soared. A couple of months later my collections accounts came off my report too!! My credit score went from a 540 to now a 750. I will be closing on my new house in less than a week with a very low interest rate and I owe it to the great people at Cosmo!! If you want to better your credit in order to buy a home, this is the company to go with. Even my mortgage officer asked me who had helped me clean up the mess because he could tell they specifically knew what to remove that mortgage officers hate to see. Thank you Cosmo!! I’ll be referring friends and family to you for life.
