I am highly dissatisfied with Fundbox. I have been a client with them for about a year now. They offered me a great program called FlexPay. This product worked well with me and my business. I have never missed a payment or had a payment issue with this company. Overnight they made a change to their policy. This changed has now caused me to have to pay additional fees to a vendor now. A few months ago, they sent me an email saying they would like a testimonial from me since I was a client who was utilizing this program to its fullest extent. Now, I am beginning to question the relationship between my business and Fundbox.

The process to request a draw was simple and the funds are available quickly. We have found Fundbox to be very helpful for our business.

After American Express purchased Kabbage, I wanted to find a new business that was similar. I attempted to continue using the service, but they wanted a million documents and I just didn't feel like working with them. As a merchant, you might understand my disdain for AmEx. After searching through all of the companies available, Fundbox was the most similar in terms of business structure with the available line of credit. The application process was very fast and easy. But, the support team puts them a step ahead of the competition. I accidently drew an amount that I did not need and almost accepted my fate of paying the front loaded interest without even utilizing the capital. I decided to give the company a call just to see if they could waive anything. After explaining the situation the representative put in a request to basically take the money back with no fees. I was emailed the following day stating that the request had been approved. The company drafted the funds back about 72 hours later and did not charge a single dime in fees or interest. I couldn't believe it. I am looking forward to using this company again and again knowing that they have a team that is actually dedicated to small business. With the line of credit you are paying more interest than you would with a term loan, but the flexibility makes it completely worth it. I am very glad that I found a Kabbage alternative.

Easy access with affordable payment plans.

This is a truly fabulous tool. It is helping me manage cash flow in my small business, which I have had for 30 years. Brilliant idea - beautifully executed. I have found the customer service to be superb. I have read others have had some issues with the app or interface - that has not been my experience whatsoever. I have been using this for many months - and it couldn't be smoother. Great job, fundbox!

Fundbox has been very instrumental in creating stepping stones for me to grow and revitalize my restaurant. It is fast, easy, and has great rates. I like that I can pay ahead without penalty and actually save on interest by being early. Best place to turn when I need a little boost to make things happen.

Very easy to access cash flow when needed. The way FundBox offers available cashflow is very intuitive and based on a variety of resources, not just credit score and time in business. The website is easy to use and everything is automated making it very convenient. All disclosures are given to you upfront and directly, no fine print to sort through. This has helped my business tremendously and offers me as a business owner peace of mind to know I have access to fast and affordable funds if and when I need it.

Excellent option for a growing business. This software has a Quickbooks integration that makes processing a snap. Our team uses the advance when the occasional customer needs more generous payment terms and it has been a great resource to build relationships!

Go to Lendzi before FundBox. We submitted an application with FundBox on 04/11 @0100. Taking into consideration many variables that may come about in the process, I expected the process to take 24 to 48 hours instead of the advertised 6 to 8 hours for response. 9 days later (04/20), I reach out due to no activity via email aside from a “We’re still processing” automated message on 04/13. On 04/20 I speak to a gentleman that has reached out to underwriting for a response. Luis Flores sends an email with a request for documents 10 minutes later. I respond with all the necessary documents within 15 minutes. I reach back out to the support team to notify them of my submission. They confirm receipt and that Luis would get back with me within 24 hours. On the morning of 04/22, I call the support team to follow up. To no surprise, Luis has not reviewed the documents. This morning (04/25), I contact support for the last time. Guess what….. No decision. Support says, “Luis Flores has not reviewed the files. All we can do is bring it to his attention again.” Try “Lendzi” before these guys. Great waste of time FundBox.

With Fundbox I have the ability to get some funds for my business fast and with flexible fair payment terms! Credit line was automatically raised with my use, so my draw amounts became even more useful, I’d recommend them to any small business needing additional funding for cashflow and capital!!!

I applied for loan through this platform there’s something unscrupulous about this company, I applied for a loan revolving line of credit with this company, I checked my credit on all 3 credit bureaus before applying I was confident for some amount of money based on my credit profile. I was denied SHOCKER in there denial email it said I had to many high balances NOT TRUE my cards have zero balances I OWE NOTHING it said I had serious delinquent accounts again NOT TRUE no delinquency it said I had to many inquiries in a 12 month period also NOT TRUE, it also said length of accounts opened was to sort if 8 months is to short for 2 of my accounts that’s a bit strange. I also contacted credit specialist at Experian because that’s who they used to deny me. He and I the credit specialist couldn’t figure out what the system was seeing it certainly was not the same thing we were looking at. There’s something truly wrong with this company AI system that it will find create or use erroneous information to deny me credit. SMH

Nice company ! If they give us more time to repay the withdrawal inside the app plus report to the credit bureaus, then would be amazing company!

Fundbox makes it simple to apply and their dashboard is user friendly. At first my account approval was on hold, but then a representative called me to ask me more about my business. They really do take into consideration more than what is on paper and I was able to be approved with a credit line. Thank you again!

While the interest rate is fairly high, this is a great tool for small businesses who typically suffer from cash flow issues. Especially when growing! The loan can be paid back as soon as your client pays you, thereby lowering the cost of borrowing to you.
