Worst I've horrible experience with Biju Paul and Prime choice lending. You'll definitely fed-up calling these guys. Nobody answers and gives a call back. They'll say one rate in call and without even contacting you locks the rate and even proceeds to the loan closure. At that point they'll try to convince and gives strange answers. Don't fall for them.. If there was zero star rating I am happy to give them Don’t even try to work with them

I worked with primechoice lending before, The experience and service is good. They always privide the best intrest rates. I am not giving 5 star this time, because the intrest rate agreed to lock is 4.75. Had an unpleasant surprise during my closing process that it is 5.25. Biju explained the situation as rates went up over night. But really does not justify and it cost me thousands of dollars more. I was told that the intrest rates may godown during dec 2022 and I can refinance and it will be zero cost for me. Hope that happen and save from paying extra $150 per month.

Have a client who decided to go with this company and it has been a nightmare. Cannot get anyone on the phone- we get emails, but no one responds to our email reply's, they are limiting the seller paid closing costs to 2%, which is unusual and expect the buyer to sign a CD with incorrect numbers and information. Continue to get asked for the same information time and time again. I understand we are all busy- but never in my professional career have I seen blatant disregard for correct information being provided. Very very disappointed. We are 8 days from closing and buyer is pulling out and going with a different lender. We all have room for improvement, but can't even speak with a manager.

Have used them more than twice. Apart from some delay in communication, the overall experience was great. The rates are very competitive without asking for too much commitment from the client. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone seeking a new home loan or refi, given if they prioritize loan rates and cost over communication.
