What can i say, at first i was very skeptical about doing this, my first time doing this, and i have heard some bad talk about locations like this, but in all honesty, through the moment i stepped in the door, during the process and to the end, jenisse made me feel comfortable. great location, the two ladies there are very nice, professional, and just nice to talk to, they helped me with the amount I needed, I went to another location, but was offered way less, didn't meet my needs, so I was transferred here. Where to begin, i didnt know that this office was here, i came into one of the titlemax locations and was transfered over here, they were not able to help me at that office in woodbridge, it took me about 30 minutes but it was worth the drive, jenisse was very professional and nice, she helped me get the amount i needed to do some repairs in my home, and helped me with a better rate then i was offered at woodbridge. I even got free 50 for gas, now that is great customer service, the lady that transfered me even called to see if i made it safely, i tell you, you dont get service like this just anywhere.
