New Manager Nigel gives the best service from this branch. He made a complete turn around compared to when Ruth was there...Her attitude was terrible. She made me feel like She was the one who gave me the loan and I needed to repay her, not Titlemax. But, Nigel makes you feel welcoming when you call or arrive at this office. He answers all questions concerning all my options of payments and interest rate. He even advised I can now use the new Titlemax app instead of calling or coming in office 👍🏾
