TitleMax Lee Hwy, Arlington

My visits at the Lee Hwy location has been for emergency purposes. Each visit has been quick and professional. My recent visit, Sonia provided excellent service, she listened, she acted, we had a great conversation while she put the paper work together. The transaction ended with great conversation and me walking out feeling great about my reason visit there in the first place. Thank you, Sonia.

I came in with a friend who wanted a loan, Mr. Scott was AMAZING and super Friendly! She got what she asked for and it was a nice smooth and went pretty quick with no discrepancies! We even received advice on non title loan disclosures! He is GREAT and has great customer service skills!

I had the pleasure of deal with manager Joanny at this location. She was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. She quickly got my title loan approved on my motorcycle. I loved the fact that she accidentally put the key in the gas tank thinking it was the ignition, to read the odometer - hahaha. Nonetheless, that made my day. She was very helpful, and walked me through all the steps. She is very personable and gave above and beyond customer service =) I recommend this location 100%.

I found this to be a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Nick assisted me and it was like working with an old friend. I recommend Nick and Title Max if you are in need of a loan. Also enjoyed meeting the manager Scott. Its a great place!

Just got my second loan with Nick and Scott at TitleMax here in Arlington VA. They really come through for me when I need a quick loan without all the hassle. I was in and out in less than an hour. If you need a loan, and have a free and clear title, this is the place to come. They also gave a new app making things even easier. Very happy with these guys,very friendly and know what there doing. I am very impressed with the service that I've been receiving from Titlemax. When I fall behind on making my payments, it feels so good not to be harrassed by the staff personnel. The staff is very professional. I been dealing with, Jeannee who is very nice, pleasant and gets to the point. Jeannee doesn't sugar coat the situation. I've dealt with Scott the manager and he works things out for you also. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Tammy was a angel really taking time to explain the process and processing a loan for me immediately. I was skeptical coming but am glad I did. I was in a financial crunch after being laid off on Christmas and am starting a new job Monday but have to wait for that check. I am truly grateful. Title loan max really helps.

This is my second time back to TitleMax and as usual they were amazing. Scott was quick and he even gave me tips on how to further my small business. I will always come here and recommend them to everyone. Today was crazy. The power went out. Nick had to put plastic bags over his shoes to even take pics of the truck. Just a huge mess. But he was very friendly and was able to move as swiftly as Mother Nature would allow us too.

It was easy getting a loan from TitleMax. The entire lending process can be completed within an hour, depending on how busy they are. Their processors are thorough and easy to work with. I know some of them from dealing with them in the past. They were friendly as well.
