Amazing customer support, great personality. Very welcoming. Both Virginia and Dina made me feel comfortable and I was out in 30 minutes. Couldn't recommend a better place for your last minute needs.

This is my second loan on this location and this is the 1st time I came across a person like Dina. She is great and understanding of people needs! the 1st time I did the loan I didn't understand what I was signing and not that Dina id there she had the patience to help me understand the process and the terms. Thank you Dina for all the help.

Great Team here, the GM is amazing (James ) he helped out my friend who I came with but he was very patient and explained everything so clear so that both of us could understand the process. The GM (Jamie) at this location for TitleMax is awesome, he took his time and explained the process so that I could understand him.. He was alone in the office when I went there and he gave me the best customer service. I can make my payments on the App but he is such a friendly person I will come to the office monthly to make my payments. You don't find people like him in the service industry any ... Exceptional service...

so I went in right to find out what the difference was in between loan max and titlemax and to get a loan. I realize the difference from both places wasn't only that title max had lower interest but the fact that they hire people like Dina. Since I walk in I was greeted with a huge smile and treated like she known me from ever ago. Please go to this office no matter how far is from you. Its worth it!!!!
