I have to tell you, when I need money to take care of a fast approaching past due bill, I turned to TitleMax. From the time I walked into the office to the time I made my final payment, the staff at this office was always professional, courteous, and , extreme,y helpful. I know that I have an option when and if I need additional money quickly. I highly recommend Title Max and the Van Dorn street location specifically - you won't be disappointed.

I was asked to provide a review for the Van Dorn location of Title Max, and was very happy to do so. I have taken out three loans in five years with TitleMax, and am very loyal to this particular location. The TitleMax rates are higher than a bank for sure, but getting a loan here is much easier and faster, with no hassle. And of course your credit rating is not a deterent. I do recommend paying off early, and/or paying on time each month. Ask for Robert (the Branch Manager). He's very professional, no nonsense, and yet comes across as an honest and all around nice guy. The other staff are great to work with too.

Being able to come in during the middle of a work week and be serviced by the general manger was awesome!! Not many times are employees “off” during the wk. It’s also rare to be serviced by someone of the caliber in business. He surely represented the company as if it was his own. I came in with my head high and spirits low. (You know it only takes a mustard seed) which was the part of me driving from and to get here. I left with my spirit higher than my head !!! Thanks for not only helping me monetary through the business, but for providing exceptional customer service! #RobertTheMan !! So, I never wanted to do a loan like this with Title Max! I owned my car free and clear! But circumstances required I had to do this!!! So I did. They are dogged about wanting their money. Don't be late because they will andshould call! The payment was higher than I wanted. Honestly as high as a new car would have been. For me though, things got worse. Greatfully for me, they worked with me through everything!!! If you are honest!! Do what you say, keep you our word to a fault! They will work with you!!! Communication is key!! I am thankful to them!!! And had a pleasant experience in the end!!

I came into this location on my last leg and they were able to make it happen for me. I really appreciate how kind and diligent they were. Some places just treat you any kind of way but they really made sure that I was satisfied with the decision I was making. I will definitely be back.

They have very good team at Van Dorn station, showing always respect and understanding to the customers. I was late with my payment, caused by family emergency, and they showed me support and deep understanding of my problem. Mr Robert was always on the phone, listening carefully, and giving me right advices.
